Very sweet for the kids, but I need a solution to the crowding inside

Pretty cool place. The kids learn about a lot of the grown ups life. There are many sponsored activities; CIB, CBC, Chipsy, Pizza (I can't remember the brand), ElAraby, Microsoft and a lot others like dental care, hospital and child care. All that earn the kids money and teach them something, then the kids use the virtual money to play games and activities. The lines are not long with average waiting time 10-25 if there is a line. The people there are so friendly and the leave is very well built. The leave is secure so your kids can never leave without you. There is a parade every now and then and dancing parties.
You can also reserve it for birthdays our school trips.
It's a fun place, come on, take your kids there, what are you waiting for?

In some companies, it is not functional, but the place is very suitable for children, especially from the age of 6 years

Visited through covid. There were a lot of precautions and safety measures, however some games were not available due to lack of materials but customer service were really nice and caring and tried to help us to enjoy our day

I attended the Halloween grown up night and it was totally a waist of money.

80% of the activities not working and there was no horror house like say said .
Maybe it good for kids I don't know but the grown up night experience was completely horrible

Time is very annoying and I can not pay 300 hours for five hours waiting for each game is not less than ten minutes if the maximum amount of time means almost waiting for the first order was the best monster of the regime

Very beautiful and very entertaining for children and informs them that they depend on themselves and let the one see what their children can do and depend on themselves, but the defect of maintenance in it is not good

An excellent place but unfortunately a pizza shop in Germany, where an irresponsible person and his style are very busy. I reached the customer service and they were thankful. The restaurant manager called the person who asked for a pizza from Germany. He said that it was not there when I asked him and the restaurant manager that he was not the first to file the same complaint from the same person.

Appalling experience, steer away from this dungeon, they talk to kids in an aggressive way, apparently it's very rude. Staff working in the fire department are acting like a simpleton mob, anytime you try to get kids involved in an activity, they will claim it's too late as they are closing for the day! The girl on the exit will yell at the kids so that they can handle her the watch. Shithole of a place.

The place is beautiful, but the prices are very expensive. Even the pictures that they see in the faces of the children. If you want to receive them, you must pay a large sum, and the games that you can buy with Kidzu money that you do not like are very expensive .... I mean, honestly, I think that there is no need to encourage me that I can go to this place again and more. It bothered me that I did not know how to take pictures of children and keep them for a memory, because everything was with money and so much money.

It was great but most of the people working there weren't very open to serve you.

a lovely place for kids. but I do not like that parent has to pay same fare in order to accompagny their child. Admission is too high for parents. Also I do not like that no promotions offered for loyal customers. place is clean and organised.

Uncomfortable for accompanying adults .. You will remain standing tired without taking into account the long waiting periods for the guardian of the illiterate. I do not recommend entering it for those who cannot stand for a long time

I put my 9 yrs. old daughter at kidzania 13:30
At the front desk I was informed by the front desk girl that I must charge kidzania card with 30 EGP if she wants to have pizza inside

When I picked her at 18:00 I was shocked that my daughter didnt have her pizza
Because they told her the pizza is 50 EGP and the card is chareged only 30 EGP
Apperantly ... the pizza is 30 EGP if she participate in making it, and 50 EGP if she didnt

My child wasnt given the 1st option at all, your staff took advantage of her ignorence and as a result she stayed for about 5hrs without eating anything then she bought an andomi which she doesnt like

And I asked to refund the card they said it s not possible and the only thing she offered to make up for the inner staff shortcoming is to buy some chocolate or candys for that amount i.e 30 EGP.

Expensive expensive .. but very useful for children and fun for adults

The place undoubtedly provides a different experience for children in Egypt ,,, and is not defective except the inability to book on the phone and the need to come to the reservation. And teaching them many different things
