This is a nice and pleasing business bay built by Poonawalla. The place is well kept and the Family Day arranged by DBOI was really amazing.

Unmanaged place.. no proper communication from management and internal communication gap.. lack of transparency in overall interview process and communication..

The infrastructure is top-notch. There's ample parking space in Business Bay with 3 levels of parking. The canteen is a shared one on 5th floor in Business Bay, managed by the landlord. Additionally DBOI has it's own Social Hubs on each floor where one can find the CCD dispensing machine, an oven and seating space for those who do not want to eat at the 5th floor.

It's software development center for Deutsche Bank group. This office is located in magarpatta city. Some more information about the position. As per the Wikipedia Magarpatta is a 600-acre, privately owned gated community in the Hadapsar area of Pune, India. It has a commercial area, residential area, hospital with several specialisations, shopping malls, restaurants, a gym, Aditi Garden and schools. 30% of the area is made up of green space.

Great Place to work !!! Policies are very much employee friendly. Approachable management and having Open door policy makes this place more friendly.

I just started working from a week here in Magarpatta City Tower 5 and I loved it! The infrastructure and facilities inside the campus is very good. Food in DC is Okay but too expensive (from my experience, it could differs from person to person). The working environment db provides in its multiple location/campus, I found it the best till now. Lifts are bit small compare to other IT parks' lift but better in term of service.
