Lovely place, very convenient for kids, they had fun

Great place for kids. My daughters enjoyed it pretty much.

Such a great concept, the kids love it. Sadly it depends on the personality of the staff. Some are absolutely NOT friendly and at some point Annoying!
Many activities are good like acquiring the driver license and driving/working at the gas station, also Fire department and Ambulance. Other are Boring and the staff let the kids do nothing!

The photographer was unprofessional and kept manhandling the kids to make them in upright position!

I hope the management team train the employees how to treat children right and take feedback with open arms.

Nice and professional place where kids from 4 to 14 years, can have a real life experience when dealing with different entities such as police station, fire fighting department, banks, factories ...etc.
All this experience done by so kind and team of professionals who can deal well with kids.

A useful and fun place for kids but fairly expensive

Very nice play ground for children between 6-12 years younger will not understand, and older will feel it booring, the learning games is as amuse for some as booring for others

I believe that the idea of KidZania which was based on it in all countries of the world is that
Children simulate the professions of reality and learn the values of life, such as justice, honesty, and responsibility .. They also know the value of time, effort, and money ..
Mostly KidZania Egypt needs to review its goals and values again ..
First of all, the values of effort and time by making children aware can be wasted simply because they saved their time and the walkers and their money that they worked in order to answer them, and they became of no value in the KidZania Store which has the least game with 300 kids !!
Especially since there is no opportunity to return again to KidZania because we do not live in Egypt.
However, KidZania Cairo does not have a problem that the games that it sells to children are among the best types of plastics in all of Egypt and sell them for real money sometimes at prices that are not related to reality !!
KidZania Cairo prevents us from eating food for our children from home sandwiches so that we enter an atmosphere that buys food that is harmful to the health of children for the purpose of economic profit, but not the value of health!
Choices are either indomie, crepe, burger, pizza, or things like that.
KidZania forgot the values of justice and equality between children, and that is the most important value of Gina, so we can teach it to our children that who works as a fireman, like a doctor who works as a petrol operator, that every job is important, even if it is small, and that every effort is important and important, for which city continues and succeeds and flourishes ..

We stayed 5 hours in KidZania, we played 5 games .. Because KidZania is very crowded ... accept unlimited endless numbers, the kids are very tired ..
Unfortunately, the joy of my children mixed with great frustration, because there were many things I wanted to do and not do.

Thanks to every face with better cheer for our children, and the reason for their happiness and smile was ... starting from the administration to the cleaning worker who left the place, remarkable hygiene ... and arrangement.

Very nice place for kids to experience life, Safe and secure for the kids.
Very hard for adults while accompanying their kids as no place for seating to wait for kids in every activity.
DO NOT EAT FOOD/SNACK FROM THE KIOSK AT CENTER PLAZA (MY KID GONE SICK FOR DAYS)

Wonderful place for kids expensive but you must take your kids at least one time

As much as it's a great place for kids bit there are couple of issues that are very obvious:
1. Food products that are offered are so bad it's basically you either buy junk from their sponsors or fast food junk . No healthy or better options .
2. Maintenance. You can feel how much the place, shops and instruments that are over used without replacement.
3. Cleanliness. Some of the not so popular spots with older kids and very convenient for younger ones "todlers" are in bad shape and not attended to .

Amusement park is wonderful and attractive for children and distinct

They have a very excellent service which is to provide facilities for children aged 5-8 years at a price of 250 LE (but reservation is required 24 hours in advance)
They should not be able to make a booking using the website via smartphones
