Great place for kids to burn some energy off. If you want food, especially on Saturday's be prepared for a long wait...and that's after you have queued!
This isn't a bad place to take your children. It does feel a little bit unclean and the lighting is so dark in there. Little one enjoyed it we were in there for about 1 hour.
This place is one of the best soft plays I have been to. An area for under 2's, under 5's and older children, and a rocket ship train. We came for a party and will deff go again when in the Folkestone area. Food was good and staff were really friendly.
Nice softplay centre, my 4 yo loved it, lots of slides and role play area, nice area for babies with soft blocks and toys. Staff has been cleaning regularly, hand gel outside each soft play area, tables nicely spaced out. Hot and cold food available, drinks, overall great value for money
Awful. Really cold. Kids hands were blue. Asked about putting some heating on bit was told by a staff member " well I'm ok" . Food cold. Rude manager. Will never set foot in the place again.
Absolutely fantastic. They really have gone that extra mile and when they say customer safety is paramount they meant it. Automatic temperature machines on arrival, bottle of hand gel given to you on arrival, hand sanitisers throughout the play area, clear signage, table service. Thats just the safety side, the play area is just as good, my twins loved it. Definitely go back again. Well done all at Kids Planet
This place is great if you want to feed your kid fizzy drinks and chips then let them run around unsupervised, make a mess and push other kids.
If you want your child to learn to play with others and eat your own healthy food that you brought with you, you will be disappointed. I get that chips, crisps and sugar are a treat but other food should be available or picnics allowed.
Not enough actual toys and ride on cars, probably because they have been destroyed by unsupervised kids.
Please offer some customer experience training to your employees. The gentleman who has spoken to me today was more than rude. I am a customer who has paid money to be here and cannot accept to be treated in this way. Really disappointed by the tone and the way that employee was talking to me. There is no need to jump in the role of a gorilla threatening me in the way you did, young man. (BTW you could of apologised for the dirty table which I had to try to clean myself), for the fact that we probably are far TOO MANY people in here and it is a potential hazard.
Went here twice and will sadly not go back. Staff don't keep and eye on each section. You have older kids going into the baby zones and kids are left unattended by parents. I've had to stop children hurting my daughter a few times which could be avoided if a member of staff actually checked that kids are in there right age group sections. As for the food I was told I'd have to wait 45 mins for chips I was shocked because it wasn't even busy and as we all know a hungry child won't wait that long.
Brilliant place, 3 areas for the different ages and a brilliant rocket train that gets turned on occasionally. Huge area for over 3s, although our 2.2yr old played happily in all the areas. And they have a little snack cafe as well, also lots of seating and fairly secure as staff have to buzz you in and out through their gates. Plus there's a poke stop there
Have visited Kidz Planet over a number of years with different children. I would say it's one of the best I have seen in Kent. They have 3 zones, one for babies, one for toddlers and one for big kids. Occasionally you will see the bigger kids still in the toddler area, sometimes accidentally hurting the smaller kids, baby section always seems to be empty. The best area is the big kids, which is a maze of climbs, rope bridges, ball pits and large slides. Food is a reasonable price.
Such a great place for children under ten (including infants). There is a drop slide, ball pits, etc and the toddler area includes little market stalls, toddler treadmills and mirrors. Seating is not the best especially if it is crowded and you have a buggy with small children whom you don't want to run up and down stairs constantly. Food is really nice and not that long of a wait for it too.
Fantastic place for kids. Cheap to get in and good prices on food and drink. Also the staff are really nice and so helpful. Definitely will be going again.
Really good fun play for the kids - mine are 5 and 8 years old. They loved it and have plenty of space to play. For the watching adults you can use their WiFi and usually get a place to sit. The only thing is it gets really busy and during half term u have a 2.5 hrs time limit
My 4yr old son loves this place, it's lots of fun on a rainy day and also is very good value for money and the staff are very friendly and the food is reasonably priced
We visited today while on holiday, all I can say is amazing value. We had 4 kiddies with us 5,8 & two 11 year olds. The had loads of fun, no complaining from either of them. The place is staffed my friendly helpful happy ppl. The cafe sells a wide range and you don't pay the earth or feel robbed. The staff are constantly busy cleaning up areas and helping. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again. We could do with this in welling. Well done guys for running a happy place for all ages! They also have a deal for summer multi passes, money well spent.
The kids are loving it and I liked that as we came in there was a member of staff that should me a empty table and chairs for me to sit at. As I'm disabled this was great thank you.
Fantastic for kids and adults alike. Well priced food and very friendly staff. Could do with an all day breakfast option on the menu in my humble opinion
Great place for kids up to 12 years. Food and drinks available at reasonable prices. You can't take your own food. You can easily spend 2 hours here. Good value for money. Worth a visit.
Arrived at around 2pm. Had to clean out own highchair for my son to use also the table we wanted to sit at. Empty tables but chairs absolutely everywhere. Not one empty table had been wiped. Ordered some coffee and food. 20 minute wait in queue while the young servers had a good chit chat and the girl from the kitchen kept popping in and out wearing no shoes. Delightful
Had daughter's birthday party with Mr Trix providing the entertainment. Second year in a row. The kids loved it!! Mr Trix had his work cut out with over 20 of them but handled them really well and put on a great show. The food was tasty but standard kids fare and plenty of it. Hosted by Nicole who did a great job! From booking to leaving the event a breeze. Recommend? YES!! Thanks Kids Planet
great place for the kids ! perfect family adventure- clean and nice - done my kids birthday parties and we were always very happy how they turn out ! staff are great and helpful! highly recommended to anyone to see for themselves!
This is a really nice place nut gets very crowded i have two autistic grandchildren and it would be nice if they would do a session for them as genrally it can be loud and manic x
Booked a party. Some parents bought other siblings that were not on the party list. Manager was very rude and unhelpful about this. Accused me is ripping him off even though the parents of siblings paid for their own food and admittance. Thankfully the ladies working there were on the ball and understood I can't control other parents and who they bring. However I was over charged on food and even though assisting staff agreed manager had made a mistake I still had to pay for food for members who were not part of the party. Assisting members of staff were lovely, helpful and kind. Well organised (expect for manager not wanting siblings to attend). Kids had a great time and thankfully didn't hear the managers rudeness.
Great place to visit where the kids can let of some steam! Lots of space during the week with a nice little cafe inside for the parents. Ball pits, slides, climbing apparatus and much more. Also very cheap to visit! All in all a fun way for the kids to spend a few hours.
