A child was sick on the play mats, instead of a member of staff standing making sure no one run through it etc it took just over 10min after being reported for someone to come clean in. Instead of taking a bag over to put the dirty tissues in they carried them over to bins (through where people were eating at tables) that were quite full already and just squashed it in, didnt even empty the bins after

A good place to take the kids out for a while. Could be a bit cleaner though.

Excellent place for the kids only thing I'd change is the abysmally slow staff at the tills. A small problem but annoying stopping a 5* review

Childhood memories. Love this place it is excellent and it will always be in my heart. I had a situation where a bunch of 16 year olds were chasing me around winding me up and I must say staff dealt with it greatly and they were kicked out, love to see that a company cares for their customers. Brilliant

Love to have a run around with the kids or a rest as they play great fun for all specially as hyper space later tag is next door :-)

Really good spread of different age range areas. Plenty of seating for adults and all the kit is to a good standard/condition. Food is also pretty good and reasonably priced.

Grand kids like it here let's them run off steam very busy at weekends and school holidays. It's too manic when busy they let too many Inn then not enough tables and chairs becomes a cattle market more greed over profit than safety

Carnage, coupled with a a random puking child. Like a game of where's Wally live..... The Latte was lovely and the kids came out still as hyper as when they went in.

Good to let your kids burn off extra steam, not as clean as it could be a lot of the equipment is dusty and the floor isn't kept free of dropped food, some staff could be a bit more on the ball, but for the price not a bad way to spend a rainy afternoon

Took the kids here today (5 & 8) and they had a fab time. Staff were working hard to ensure cleanliness was up to scratch, lots of sanitizer dotted about and zoned seating areas, which were well distanced from each other.
Food and drink was reasonably priced and the hot choc was delicious! Would definatly return.

My children love coming here would be nice if they did an evening for children who have special needs like autism and ADHD and prefer a quieter place to play as it's less noise great prices think if u do a party that your table gets half price on food and drink or do some sort of deals for the larger family's as I have 5 children and gets expensive for food specially when they don't always eat it. Would recommend to friends and family

Nice play equipment, all kept clean. Reasonably priced food and drinks, you cannot take your own food in to eat.

Great place for kids. Lots of climbing and slides, however the catering was abysmal. Long slow queue, weak tea and a ONE HOUR wait for a single ham sandwich.

Big. Relatively open. Reasonable segregation of ages. Could do with a bit if a tidy up and clean in places though.

Great fun for kids of all ages, grew up going to this place and dont hesitate in taking the little ones now

Kids love it here. Foods ok little pricey but worth it for the fun they have.x

Could do with more for the younger children you don't already have in your living room

There is so much for kids to do here that once they are through the doors, you don't see them. They also offer children's parties and can provide clowns or magicians to entertain them. You may only eat food purchased there and there is quite a large selection, but it is a problem if a child has serious allergies. Kidz Planet is very busy during bad weather.

My son had his 6th birthday party here on a Thursday evening 4-6pm. It was great - not at all busy (like Imagine in Ashford!) and contained so the children can play but the adults can see what is going on. After a good play and run around they then went upstairs for the party tea. We chose the cold buffet and it was a great selection. And we also added in one tray of fruit. There was a choice of ice cream or ice lollies for desert. All we had to do was bring the cake and candles. We ran a tab for coffee and tea for the adults. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Nice and relaxing for the grown ups and completely fun and active for the children. Next year we will be booking the laser party.

My son loves it, gets rid of some energy here and has fun. Couple of broken features made it short of a 5 star rating

Great indoor play area for the kids. They love party's their. Prices are good . Cafe areas good hot, cold food and drink available.

I visited with my 4 yr old on a Thursday afternoon and it was nice and quiet. I found it to be pretty clean and all staff encountered to be friendly. The cafe prices are reasonable compared to other soft play areas I have visited. Will happily come here again!

Staff are great. Food isn't amazing but will do and not much healthy but not badly priced. One thing I didn't like was the smell. It was like some sort of damp piss smell. And the men's toilets. Be sure to wear your shoes or sneakers. The amount of water of the floor around the urinals was enough to soak your socks.

Good place for kids and adult can relax while keeping an eye on them. Good food easy parking.

Good place to visit to entertain your children, excellent facilities with hot and cold food available.

Lovely staff , cheap snacks. The children love it here.
