The owners here are extremely interactive with the kids and you can tell that for them it truly is a pleasure to be around children the place is always clean and the employees are always super attentive. There are lots of things for the small kids to play with an air basketball court couple of inflatables overall lots to keep an active Kid busy. There is also an adult seating area with a television and free Wi-Fi and free coffee on request. The owners take suggestions to heart and seem to truly care about the place we are here about once a week with my two-year-old old grandbaby.

My twin boys always have a blast here! We visited a couple months ago (they were just shy of 2 years old) and they love it. There is a lot to do, so they never get bored; their favorite is the bouncy house and ball pit! A lot of space to run around too which helps a tired twin mama!! The employees are friendly and make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend!
Excellent place for children ... Celebrate my son's birthday and the experience was wonderful, the hostesses are super friendly and nice, the place very clean and the bathrooms clean and with good smell. 100% recommended to celebrate birthdays and take them all. to play ..
My children who are (girl) 2Om and almost 4yrs old (boy) LOVE this place! By far their favorite. I love how the owners have a different variety of things and toys for the children to explore and enjoy. I could not get them to leave! LOL and my son randomly keeps asking me "mama when can we go back to the train playground?" Hahah (they have a Thomas railroad track table with lots of trains) obviously his favorite! :) DEF RECOMMEND! Oh and must I mention the FREE coffee with nice area ( w TV) for parents to relax. There are also bouncers etc for mommy's who are coming with small babies to use for free too.
Great place for the the kids but the girls at the counter are incredibly rude! It wasn't just to me. It was pretty much everyone in our party that said something.
Kid's Fun Zone was a lovely find. It's open space, inflatables, toys and all the other wonderful things make this place a complete joy. I took my son here while on vacation, and we had a blast.
I brought my 5 and 11 month old in and the 11 month old got in for free. I paid less than 20$ for a whole day filled with fun ! Staff is amazing and very attentive .. we will be back .
We love this place! There is a huge toddler area with awsome variety of toys. Lots of baby gear for your convenience as well. The staff is very attentive and constantly wiping, cleaning, sanitizing. Really can not compare to any other play area in the vicinity. I saw they are running a 10% off admission today for MLK! This is my kiddos who are 2 and 4, #1 spot
My kids enjoyed KFZ. As a parent, you feel at ease that they're in a pretty safe environment. They get to exercise their Independence. For the space they have, they have such a variety of activities and toys. The prices listed on their general admission notice at the front desk is actually obsolete. The prices have gone up. That needs to be updated. All kids & adults must wear socks. Right off 316. The Hispanic young lady seems to work hard all day. She hardly took a rest, doing this, cleaning that, organizing this. All while cashiering as well.
Although the price wasn't too bad, the place needs an upgrade making the price unreasonable. The toys were old and in disrepair. No real policing, your child can walk out when an adult opens the exit door and I seriously doubt the help would have noticed. The help didn't seem happy to be at their job and I mean none of them! We won't go back.
Smaller place but has a lot of pretend play activities and a couple of bounce houses. Very clean. I would said its better for younger kids, maybe under 8, but can see older sibling hangout too for the bounce house, air hockey, table football and such.
There really is a lot to do for kids here, and my son enjoyed coming weekly. I had to stop brining him due to older kids being left unsupervised and hurting smaller kids.
My last review was a five star but things have changed recently. My kid has been coming to this place regularly since she was 2. Recently they have ran us out twice due to private parties. 2 hours after we checked in, we were told we needed to leave. They didnt say anything about private party at the time we checked in. Front desk girl always has an attitude. Please hire someone professional. Please have some courtesy.
Super clean place and nicely organized. The staff was very friendly. But with so many different kids play places these days this one is definitely on the bottom of my list. It's mostly just used toys in a big space with two bounce houses. I would recommend that the owners invest in the business.
The best place in Gwinnett County to take your kids ! Aside from the caring and generous staff, it is very clean and so well put together. The variety of activities for kids is amazing. We have never stayed less than 4 hours the least. If you're looking for a place to have your kid be a kid and enjoy playing, this is the spot. Also if you need to have a great birthday party, they are the best. We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday and it was so much fun. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was as we imagined. Not only was my daughter impressed but all of our guests enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely wonderful indoor children"s venue for playtime or birthday parties. Very , very cheerful and entertaining, clean, and well maintained indoor play park. The birthday party my 3 year old grandson just had at Fun Zone was perfect in every way. They even had a surprise character, "Chase/Paw patrol" dance with the kids. Fun Zone is by far our favorite toy area. The front desk staff and party helpers were excellent-very polite, responsible, and efficient. We will gladly have more parties at Kids Fun Zone.
This place in phenomenal especially for young kiddos. The owner is always so courteous as well as his employees. The toys and activities are age appropriate, always clean, and offer a variety for my two year old as well as 10&11 year old siblings. You can t beat their prices either! I choose to drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go here with my toddler versus catch air in Snellville, even though it s much closer. Definitely the best indoor play center I ve come across as yet, and we ve been to most of the local ones in Gwinnett! Awesome place!!!
I used to bring my daughter here often and reserved a spot for her first birthday. The employees do NOT stay for long. Their staff is rude especially their underage daughter that they having running the store. Very rude, inappropriate and tries to argue with grown adults when she s a child in high school. The employees have said their checks bounce and they don t get all their money when they should. The owner s daughter has a smart mouth and tried to go back and forth about giving me my money back after canceling the party due to their nasty attitude. WILL NOT EVER bring any child here and will be posting on my social media page the encounter with their staff. The owner owns the nail salon next door I wouldn t advise going there either. And they cause a scene in front of my daughter while being disrespectful to me.
I just left the place and I love the multiple toys they have for toddlers even for babies. Is very clean and neat they have a reading area for them too. I loved the place .
I ve been to many of those jumpy places around Ga and by far this is my favorite one. I first took my son here when he was just 12 months old and he loved it. The pricing is super reasonable, they have things to occupy all ages, and best of all, they are CLEAN!
Took my 2 year old here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! The place is super clean! I mean spotless. And I can understand why because in the hour and a half we were there I saw 2 different staff members wiping down all the rides and equipment and vacuuming.
This place has a little something for all kids! The toddler area has a ton of toys like kitchen sets and a work bench with all sorts of tools and even a chain saw. The best part is all the toys have batteries so they work!
There are 2 bounce houses. One has an obstacle course which the 2 of us enjoyed. Then there is the basketball court and the huge ball pit and the area with all the rocking horses and there are even 2 tables with that play dough sand (not a sure what the name is).
Then there are all the trains and cars and trucks and airplanes and there's all the other toys to keep the little ones entertained. Oh I forgot to mention the air hockey tables (one of which my son broke a part of but the guy who worked there was so super nice. He directed us to the other one while he fixed it)
This is definitely my new go to for indoor play with my little one.
Everytime I come here, I experience great customer service. Its a very clean place with a variety of play for all ages, even babies! It is so convenient for me. I can relax on the couches and watch my kids play. Sometimes I bring my laptop and do some school work too! They even have all sorts of infant seats, walkers, swings and bouncers. My first time there, I left my macbook and they drove it to my home after they closed! Another time, my daughter spilled my coffee, and they insisted they would take care of it, and would not let me clean it. Definitely recommend!
Did my daughter 4 yr old bday party here. Was amazing! Way less expensive than chukee cheese and kids had a blast. Friendly staff! Lots of things for kids too do. Reccomend!!!
I've been to other kids indoor playgrounds. They felt run down, dirty and like they were not being reinvested in. This place when you walk in smells clean, looks clean, and has more toys than the others. Kinetic sand tables, a ball pit, inflatable slide. I was impressed. Priced well also.
Fun place to take toddlers! The facility is small, but there is a huge variety of toys, activities and bounce houses. There is a baby area, toddler area, and small childrens area. The facility is very clean and the workers were constantly cleaning. I am giving 3 stars because the customer service was horrible. One young female in particular continuously followed us around cleaning behind everything and giving rude looks. My son was playing with trucks on the ground and another worker came and put it on the table while he was playing with it. Which upset my son who has sensory processing disorder. Also, the party rooms are small and the characters are horrible. The hulk was a woman in an inflatable with a scary face and green paint. But overall, my son loved it. It would have been nice to enjoy it without workers following behind you cleaning and moving the toys every second.

Absolutely GREAT! The vibrant colors and wide range of toys for different ages makes this the perfect place for birthday parties. I had my daughter s first birthday party here and we had a blast! Our party hosts were very flexible and attentive to our needs. Most of the play places I had seen before this one all lacked a personal feel. The toys were ran down and felt like you d catch a serious cold after a day of play. From the moment I walked in the Kids Fun Zone establishment, I knew this was the place. There was no weird dirty smell. The place and staff were so inviting, and get this, ALL of the many toys actually work. Even the tiny toys for infants all worked. Extremely impressive. I dread having to remove my shoes for play places but not here. I didn t mind one bit! Seriously I can t make this up. Simply a wonderful place for children and affordable party prices. All of my guests couldn t get over how nice and clean the place was. I highly recommend for all parents!
My son had his 3rd birthday party there yesterday and everyone had fun. The staff were always asking if we needed anything and our party assistant was on point with the schedule and helping set up. Also the place was very clean. I noticed the staff were periodically wiping the toys. Thank you kids fun zone for a memorable 3rd bday.
This place is always so clean! The staff are super friendly and are always keeping busy either cleaning or helping customers. My toddler is always excited to go there to play and I get to enjoy watching her while sitting with my infant on their comfy couches. They also bring in new toys constantly!
Ive been here twice now and both times have been great. There's a moonbounce castle with a gigantic slide. Parents are allowed to go in with the kids. There's so many toys. My little guy always has a blast here. Clean and organized.
My little kid started crying because they didn't want to do another round with the mascot dancing and the food there made him sick he started throwing up in the car

While it was clean, I was surprised by what this place charges considering it's basically a glorified toy room. Aside from the 2 inflatables they have, everything else is either outdoor toys (think step 2 climb and slide type toys and small metal play structures) or just a bunch of random toddler toys. Then there's the duct taped together ball pit on a layer of.... carpet. Yes, carpet. Also, in lieu of any proper way for a small child to get out, they have 2 chairs zip tied to each other to climb over. I helped not just my toddler, but 3 more get out because they couldn't possibly navigate this badly slapped together exiting contraption. Aside from that, the solution for patching the holes in the net (which was not proper play netting but plastic construction netting) was.... you guessed it! Duct tape!
Through out the time we were there, I had to ask the attendant to change the TV from inappropriate teen drama (she was kind to turn it off) and after waiting to see if it was just a one time thing, asking her to change the music,which consisted of at least 3 songs explicitly about sex in the soan of about 10 minutes.
I'm guessing based on my experience with ALL the parents who were there, they will leave positive comments because they didn't notice any issues since they also couldn't possibly be bothered to look up from their phones for more than a second to see if their toddlers were: 1) stuck in a baby bouncy (I got him out) 2) stuck in the ball pit (I got them out) 3) unable to climb into the inflatable (I helped them up) 4) flying off the slide and bonking their heads (I asked if they were ok) 5) going between inflatables to the plugs (I told him it wasn't safe and to come out)
All these things I noticed because I happen to pay attention, but my guess is this place is just an excuse for these parents to feel like they are doing something fun for their kids while also getting to completely ignore any parental responsibility. They'll give you 5 stars for having uninterrupted time to look at Instagram and read about the latest celebrity gossip.
I expect this was a good idea but I would suggest checking out Monkey Joe's or Funathon which seems to have put propper planning into a business that caters to kids. Like I said, some things were fine, but don't do half a job. Clearly, we wont be back.
This place is amazing and my son had the time of his life there. Couldn't get him out of there. Great price and lots of things for my little one to do there. I couldn't keep up with him because he was all over the place. Will be coming back again soon.
Great place for indoor fun. We ve always had a great experience here. Staff is super nice and attentive. They are incredibly clean (super important with small kids) and the toys are very nice. My 2 year old & 10 month old both love playing here.

My daughter loves this place! The ladies that work there are sweethearts. Everything is clean and there is enough activities for all of the children. Very pleased
Honestly, this place would have been my go to place for my 4 year old and 10 month old. Nice area to have them run around, plenty of toys, reason why I even gave 1 star. But the ladies in the front were not helpful at all when it came to laser tag. One girl was eating her food, not helpful. The other had her earpods in not being helpful.None of them knew how to work the laser tag game. After asking for a redund, no one could straight up tell me that they couldn't give me a refund and left me standing waiting for a response for quite some time. Would have been nice if they communicated that better.. Ended up talking to manager, we was able to get snacks to accommodate for the refund, hence why I gave another star.. All in all, nice place for the kids. But the girls attitudes at the front needs serious help.
I give it 5 stars because for what it is meant for, it deserves 5 stars. I really think this is best for babies. I wish I knew of this place when my daughter was little. It s an easy place to let your baby crawl around and experience different things. It s a really small place. There isn t much for bigger kids (ages 3-5) to do except 2 bounce houses. Great place, but I d rather take my 3 year old to a place with more climbing options. OWNERS AND STAFF WERE SUPER SWEET AND VERY ATTENTIVE and could tell my daughter wasn t sure what to do and they helped encourage her to try some things. I also love how the owner kept an eye on the kids to make sure everyone was playing safe.
I took my nephews here and they loved it. Specially during the week days that is not packed Fun things to do with them and spend quality of time learning and playing Take socks always
My son and niece love this place. It s a bit on the smaller side but there are plenty of toys for kids their age, 2. Also very clean and the staff is friendly. Would recommend.
Kids Fun Zone is excellent! We were visiting from Tampa and were very impressed with the facility. Bounce houses, slide, lots of interactive toys, ride one and sand play and much more! All very clean and the staff is wonderful! I took my 1 and 3 year old and they both had a blast. We went 3 times during our visit! We will be back!

Love this place for our 1yr old! She has a great time in the toddler area. Very nice and relaxing place for a reasonable price! Would even book a birthday party here!
This place is wonderful. It's very open and has a lot of different things to do for each age group. They have couches for parents, tables for smaller kids, and even a highchair for the littles. They have bouncers and swings for the littles also. They are always cleaning and vacuuming.
