Honestly, this place would have been my go to place for my 4 year old and 10 month old. Nice area to have them run around, plenty of toys, reason why I even gave 1 star. But the ladies in the front were not helpful at all when it came to laser tag. One girl was eating her food, not helpful. The other had her earpods in not being helpful.None of them knew how to work the laser tag game. After asking for a redund, no one could straight up tell me that they couldn't give me a refund and left me standing waiting for a response for quite some time. Would have been nice if they communicated that better.. Ended up talking to manager, we was able to get snacks to accommodate for the refund, hence why I gave another star.. All in all, nice place for the kids. But the girls attitudes at the front needs serious help.
