Great team, great knowledge of the island and first class support throughout the buying process. They really went above and beyond every day to make it as smooth as possible.

I fist spoke with Kathie Barrett and she indicated she is transitioning to a consultative position and highly recommended, and touted, Marla Rea to assist us with purchasing an investment property on Kiawah.

I accepted Kathie's recommendation and agreed to work with Marla. I spoke with Marla on Monday. She sounded enthusiastic, and in her words, "promised" to get listings to us that evening. It is Wednesday and we've received no listings, and no follow up communication from Marla.

I shared with Marla our immediate interest in purchasing an investment property on Kiawah, and our plans to fly in to view properties within the next two weeks. I could understand if we slipped her attention because we weren't expressing immediate interest in purchasing; however, that was not the case. I am highly disappointed, and will look elsewhere for a realtor.
