ABSOLUTELY SUCK. THE WORSE. THEY DON'T SEND HOA COUPON BOOKS OUT, THEIR WEBSITE FOR PAYING DOESN'T WORK, YOU CALL AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND THE SUPPOSED PERSON WHO DOES IS NEVER THERE. CAN I RATE THEM A NEGATIVE START.

ALSO, I ASKED OVER A YEAR AGO TO GET MY NAME ADDED TO THE ELECTRONIC DIRECTORY ENTRY SYSTEM AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO DO IT. I DON'T DOUBT IT, BUT I WOULD ALSO ADD TOO LAZY TO DO IT.

I'M NOW GOING TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE HOA AND LOBBY FOR A NEW HOA.

Danon Property Management Group has managed my Apartments for over 10 years in several neighborhoods throughout Broward County. My tenants are happy and so am I. I am frequently out of the country on business and it is a large weight off my shoulders knowing there is someone always available to take care of any issues. Thanks for all your great work.

I am President of Board of Directors of the Duvall Place Condominium Association in Delray Beach, Florida. Danon Management Group has served as our community s property manager and advisor since November 2010. Since Danon Management has been working with the Board of Directors, the operating budget is under control, legal issues involving the Association have been resolved, and the Association is funding reserves. In addition, new service and maintenance providers are regularly evaluated and are providing a greater level service at better cost than the Association experienced before.

I attribute our success with Danon Management to the following:
1. Danon Management brings operational knowledge needed to manage vendors effectively.
2. Danon Management understands Florida condo law and helps the Board of Directors navigate legal issues. Of course, Danon is not our attorney and does not offer legal advice.
3. Danon Management focuses on long-term relationships and doing the right thing versus what might be most expedient or best in only the short term.
4. Danon Management employees take a personal interest making our community a place where our Association Members want to live and they all go the extra mile in the interest of the community.

I would never ever refer this company to anyone they are the worst Management company ever. They sold to another company which isn't any better. We could not get a Financial from them for 4 months. Only received talk no actions.
Beware!!!!! they are the PITS and offer nothing they only take your money and run.

Danon Property Management in Delray Beach, Florida has been a huge blessing in managing my properties in South Florida. They are effecient, professional and go above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anyone seeking property management services.

A Danon Management realtor who was eager to have a signature on the new lease did a walk through July 7,2016; the tenant received all of his deposit and I now find myself left with the cost of replacing window blinds that a dog chewed on in a (no pets allowed unit) and junk left back in the garage to be removed; plus other stressful issues.

The unit is being prepared to be rented by a different management company ..I would not recommend Danon Management, they offer very little representation to the owners.

Danon Management Group has made it very easy to have rental properties in South Florida. Their staff is all about personal service and that says a lot. If you're interested in having properties I highly recommend you contact them to see which associations they oversee.
