It promises to be a good solution but is the same as that for which you have complained. Content no explanation, you have to have patience and barked when through demands. Note: I only had the new car for a few days, then you do not want to know what a hell that 7 year "warranty" will be!

Dear Madam, Sir.
Hereby I want to express my dissatisfaction which I have encountered
at dealer Dijkstra from Almere.

I have a Kia Venga from 2012 purchased at the time from van Voorden, my service and repairs were transferred to Dijkstra when van Voorden was closed.
It was well cared for the small and large turns, until this week
had a bad experience with this dealer.
I wanted to raise the temperature of my 15 g stove slightly because my windows were fogging up but it didn't work.
The next day I went to Dijkstra and they would take a look at it after about 15 min. The receptionist came to the notice that the repair was going to cost almost 1000.00 because the wheel had broken off.
You understand that I am shocked and am not able to pay this, I asked this is no guarantee no was the answer I also had to pay 58.00 to find damage.
You understand me when I wait a moment to buy a new Kia which was my plan in the fall.
I also pointed the clerk to my family card that I have but did nothing for me.
After payment, I left angry with the announcement that I will no longer be coming in to them.
When I drove away the temperature was now at 22 degrees, everything continues to work but I have to leave the heater off.

Kia's dealership and customer service make a complete mockery of customers, 7-year warranty and sheer deception. clutch and flywheel to change to 60 000 km, on kia sportage ultimate, the dealership returns you to kia france and conversely kia france at the dealership, no support. no gesture.

Awful customer service. Warranty issue on the car ...

Awful customer service. Warranty issue on the car that should have been rectified. Both the main KIA dealer and their approved service centers have failed to resolve the issue.

Do not buy a KIA particularly an EV as the batteries do not last and KIA will not rectify the issue on warranty despite promising this!
