Software is full of glitches, which are of course a premium to fix and more importantly affect operation. The customization sounds terrific, but they don't have qualified staff to ensure it is set up properly. The support offered is a joke, they have a terrible response time and often don't fully read your question and have no idea how to actually help.
Tech support is top-notch! Couldn't ask for better response time when troubles arise.
