I’ve been a long-time customer, but recently had a very frustrating issue. I was charged a late payment fee of BD 16.500, even though I paid the full amount on time. The only difference was a tiny shortfall of 0.019 fils, which is clearly not intentional. Charging a full penalty for such a negligible amount is extremely unfair.
To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and unwilling to cooperate when I tried to resolve the issue.
This kind of treatment towards loyal customers is unacceptable. I am no longer interested in continuing with KFH credit card services and will be looking at other banks with better customer support and fairer policies.
