I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced. I have tried multiple times to reach your customer care number since 3 days , but the calls never connect. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent banking matters.

Furthermore, I already sent an email regarding a failed transaction where the amount was deducted from my account, yet there has been no response from your side. This delay is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I request you to look into this matter immediately and provide a prompt update on the status of my transaction reversal. Such lapses in service quality reflect very poorly on the bank, and I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay

I’ve been a long-time customer, but recently had a very frustrating issue. I was charged a late payment fee of BD 16.500, even though I paid the full amount on time. The only difference was a tiny shortfall of 0.019 fils, which is clearly not intentional. Charging a full penalty for such a negligible amount is extremely unfair.

To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and unwilling to cooperate when I tried to resolve the issue.

This kind of treatment towards loyal customers is unacceptable. I am no longer interested in continuing with KFH credit card services and will be looking at other banks with better customer support and fairer policies.
