Since creating their Click and Collect / Home delivery for the general public during lockdown, I have been able to have easy access to food without the hassle of going to a supermarket. Ordering online is easy and I have received great customer service at their depot and from delivery drivers. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! Just amazing, this company go above and beyond to serve. Daniel is an asset to the team, 100% dedicated and passionate about the company that is clear to see, he recommend the click and collect service and it is fantastic, the team make it so easy and they are so helpful. Highly recommend to all my friends and family. We now have some lovely food in our homes to get through these difficult times. Thank you for all you are doing.

5 stars to Kff click and collect. I can't recommend this service enough at a time like this. I placed the order this morning and collected 2 hours later. We parked the car and everything was loaded into the boot, we didn't have to do a thing. Do not be put off by the bulk quantities, I have split everything up and I am dividing it with my family. Because some of them are isolating I am able to drop it to their doorstep so I know they have everything they need during lockdown. I highly recommend the huge catering cheddar cheese, it tastes amazing and is perfect to split with family or neighbours. Do not hesitate to use this service. Also a big thank you to Daniel Babicz for making me aware of this service and answering all of my questions about the process and the products. You are a star. Thanks KFF, keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask for prices on peeled shallots and they refused. I then asked to create an account with them so I could see prices and they told me 'that's not how it's done here' and carried on being rude and wouldn't create an account for us - you've missed out on a customer that could be spending a lot of money. Shame on you to the woman who answered the phone - I wish I got your name so I could make a formal complaint to your head of staff. Will never even consider coming here again.
