Terrible customer service. I called to ask for prices on peeled shallots and they refused. I then asked to create an account with them so I could see prices and they told me 'that's not how it's done here' and carried on being rude and wouldn't create an account for us - you've missed out on a customer that could be spending a lot of money. Shame on you to the woman who answered the phone - I wish I got your name so I could make a formal complaint to your head of staff. Will never even consider coming here again.
