They could do better at Willow & Maple. People are leaving.

So pleased to call one of Kettler s property (Solaire Silver Spring) home! I love the atmosphere and aesthetics of the building, the great location and even the music they play in the common areas. Stefanie and her staff are kind hearted professionals who promptly solve any issues that arise. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. I highly recommend stopping by for a tour. I don't think you will be disappointed!

The Property Manager Jennifer at The Fields of Silver Spring MD is very unprofessional, uncaring, does not communicate well and does not care about her residents. Mold was reported in the apartment and corporate had to be contacted just for it to be resolved. Jennifer has a poor attitude and did not notify my Aunt (a current resident) that the work would take 5 days. Jennifer is ok with kids sleeping on the floor for 5 days without properly communicating to my Aunt. We do not know the extent of any health damages due to this.

Kettler is one of the best Property Management companies I have ever dealt with. I live at one of the properties in Virginia. The office staff and maintenance team are fantastic. You can tell by the way business is ran that Kettler is a 5 star company. Everyone I deal with is polite and professional. The leasing office is very knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas. The maintenance team is top notch and always fixing things on time. I'm very happy with Kettler and what they represent.

Most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever dealt with. I have neighbors that are literally just crazy with insane workouts being done in their apartment. I have videos of proof of noise and also front desk who have also listened to the noise, but the management in high gate have done nothing to stop them. No compensation has been offered for me as well. This has been going on for 7 months and literally nothing has been changed. They also make appointments for calls or in persons but forget and have an excuse every time they don't make the time. I got rescheduled twice in one day in this screenshot and at the end, they forgot. I had to call the front desk to ask for Melissa for our class, but you can hear her telling the front desk person she forgot our appointment after she rescheduled twice and tells the front desk lady to tell me she will talk to me tomorrow. She doesn't even tell me herself. That disrespectful behavior is normal here and nothing new.

They are awful to deal with. Good luck getting a hold of anyone for importand information like move out procedures and your security deposit.

I reside at Kettler, overall quality is very very poor. They go for the cheapest materials in apartments, from faucets to appliances. Cabinets are like from medieval century, no handles super noisy when closed, very old style that it will surprise you that you live in a rich country like America. They try to save money from everything so they can get their bonuses. They change the rules however they feel like without notification because they want to. I have experienced all. I stay here only because of the location. But God knows I hate this place.

Boasts of having the area's first public accessible dog park yet issues parking tickets when dog owners park to use it. The parking lot directly in front of the park is never occupied and appears to be for the dog park yet folks are getting ticketed for parking. How else do you expect the public to access it?

Is this a money scheme or poor management or both? There's no logical reason that lot cannot be used for the dog park. People never stay for more than 2 hours if that. Such a shame Kettler, you've missed an opportunity to do the right thing here.

If there's a emergency good luck no one will ever answer the phone or call back to help you.

I have been trying to reach someone regarding my security deposit for months now! I definitely WOULD NOT even think about renting from this rental agency!!!!
