Have been trying to get into contact with this office for 3 weeks now. Rachel the receptionist, was great at first and promised to help and get out issue resolved. I've emailed and a called over a dozen times. No reply, not even a "we're working on it."
Most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. Plus the hotel we stayed at was terrible, so that's not helping their case either. Hoping at some point to get some sort of a reply.
Worst service ever. Usually never write reviews, but these chain of hotels are so bad I had to. Horrible customer service.
Great! Wonderful, beautiful. All the Kessler Hotels are amazing!
Awesome resorts, staff and a great place to work. I started as customer and ended up working there until I had to relocate north. The hotels are designed with luxury in mind and the best locations. The brand offers spas, great restaurants, amazing galleries and all the special touches that make staying with them a great experience. I highly reccomend the Savannah, Asheville and Florida properties. I haven't visited the rest but I am sure they are lovely as well.
No sort of communication from this company. Had a horrible horrible stay, and such poor customer service and were trying to maybe work something out with the corporate office and no response. Rachel promised help and now is ignoring every email being sent... Really hoping to resolve the issue. Maybe leaving a bad review will make them realize replying to an email won't be too hard....
