The Staffs were helpful and friendly. Excellent Customer Service! The facility is cleaned and organized. I was happy how they made me feel comfortable and confident that my Surgery will be smooth and easy nothing to worry about. Dr. Glyman made sure I was at ease before surgery. My experience with the Southern Hills Hospital was AWESOME!
I have been coming to this hospital for my mammogram for at least 10 years if not more. I always find the place clean (I see the updates), staff is extremely friendly. Check in process is efficient and my wait is minimal. It makes having this process done much nicer. Thank you!!!
All the staff was very nice and respectful while I was in isolation for covid. They all made sure I was comfortable. If I needed anything they did there best to accommodate, wether it was a different meal, snack or something to drink at anytime of the day or night. They always asked before they entered my room.
I want to thank all labor and delivery staff. I had an amazing experience for my 1st birth here. I ended up having a csection, the nurses are amazing they made me feel so comfortable and calm through my entire stay. Im so happy I chose this hospital!

Josh, Erica, Cynthia, etc. They all went above beyond to make sure i was in as little pain as possible but also provide support as I was in the hospital alone. Though I was there alone I never felt alone thanks to them. I could not thank them enough for their help on starting my recovery path.

I had hip replacement surgery and it couldn't have gone better. The staff made me feel special and attended to my every need with the best attitudes I've ever experienced. This hospital defines customer service, caring, and expertise. I will never go anywhere else and consider it a privilege to be taken care of by this outstanding hospital!
It's so nice to feel love from another. No matter the pain. In healing scars reflect the love that was given. Even In complete darkness were it seems like hope was about to die it didn't. light appered with hope patience obedience and understanding. Keep using what ever tools necessary to save life. Even if it is a cute sweet innocent teddy bear! This may not seem powerful. But it's the strength instilled in this furry friend that makes him so potent.

Had a positive L&D (labor and delivery) experience here, and found our stay here to be more pleasant vs. other major hospitals throughout Vegas including Summerlin Hospital, St Rose (Dignity Health), & Sunrise (though they re under the same company).
The staff was wonderful and attentive (especially nurses CC & Robyn), we felt well cared for. My newborn was thoroughly checked, and I appreciated how nurse CC held my hands when I got my Epidural - the experience is always so creepy to me.
Our final bill was good, we didn t check out feeling like we were gouged. Grateful for Southern Hills, I think it s my favorite hospital in Vegas, if that s a thing. Thank you, Southern Hills staff
Amazing staff and experience. Extremely clean and comfortable. They explained every procedure and made me feel at ease. I have very difficult veins and the nurse was patient and was able to start my IV on the first attempt which is my biggest fear of surgery. I d definitely recommend Southern Hills Hospital to anyone having a same day surgery.
I began at ER at the Lakes for suspected appendicitis. I was immediately seen, put in a room, given IV fluids for dehydration, meds for my nausea, labs drawn, and a CT scan ordered. Dr. James soon confirmed I needed an appendectomy and said the ambulance was on the way. Wow! Astonishing, it all happened so quickly.! Before I left, I was admitted, to Southern Hills, given a Covid test then taken to the hospital. Upon, arrival I was immediately taken to pre-op. Staff in both places were professional, skilled and compassionate. After an overnight stay I was released the next day. Absolutely the best medical experience I have had. Thank You so much!
