Rude and unprofessional, I ve never dealt with such incompetence in a medical field

Not the best experience. Th staff seemed like they did not want to help you and were not very welcoming.

I was very exited to find out that there was an alternative health clinic in the area, had taken my Grandma there today to get a vitamin c shot, and everyone was respectful and kind, and I know when i have taken her to some allopaths (reg doctors) they weren't so kind, very refreshing to find some good in the world, I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone that works at this clinic is friendly, courteous and have an image of being professionals. The walls are filled with testimonials from previously happy patients. I did not have such an experience. I did not use their chiropractic service, but just a general checkup. I had them run a few tests as I had not been to any doctor for several years. I had heard the Kessingers on the radio and decided to make an appointment. After my first visit I felt very good about Dr. Rob and the clinic. Great interactions and overall positive experience. I was set for a follow up appointment to go over some results and that is when the alarm started sounding in my head. Visit 2 Dr. Rob had nothing but doom and gloom things to say. Scary bad life changing things if I didn't get on their supplements for the next 3 months. Hesitant to purchase anything because I was fairly healthy I asked many questions and was given what I thought were very logical explanations as to why I needed to start their dietary program. I chose to follow the "professionals" advice and purchased the recommended products. During the 12 weeks I had several appointments all stating how great I was doing. Every indication I had improved on the things that started this whole process. Towards the end of the program according to Dr. Rob things suddenly started getting worse and he immediately wanted to extend the program. Hesitantly I decided to give him 2 more weeks. More tests were done and I had received a call stating even more things were wrong. They wanted to add even more supplements to the now 14 week program and prolong it until they were satisfied I was better. I told them I had to think about it and immediately went to another REAL M.D. with all my test results. That doctor looked at the tests and said based on the numbers I was well with in the normal range of any healthy patient he has ever had. I explained what Dr. Rob had said and the doctor chuckled and said in no way shape or form was I ever in danger of the doom and gloom picture Dr. Rob painted. I just couldn't believe it. I had spent $1000 in the Kessinger clinic based on their advice and it was litterally for nothing. I called the Kessinger Clinic several times to talk the "Doctor" only every to get his assistant. I decided nothing, but more aggravation and stress would ever come of the complaint so I stopped all contact and cancelled my appointment. I love the healthy alternative concept, but the Kessinger Clinic creates an environment of fear or at least in my case they did. Taking advantage of those that are already in a vulnerable state of mind is not a business I want any part of. My advice is to always get a 2nd opinion from a true accredited professional if your 1st opinion was from the Kessinger Clinic.

I wouldn t even give them a star. Staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and argumentative.
Absolutely do not recommend them at all.

Very friendly atmosphere with highly skilled staff. Give them a try, you'll be amazed at how much better you will feel!

The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone here is so nice and caring. I had a back problem that's been bothering me for over two years and after a few adjustments I was good as new. It was such a relief after having to deal with it for so long. I also did the food sensitivity test to fix another issue I was dealing with and was feeling so much better. What I ate had such a big effect on my body and once I changed my diet according to the test and after doing the detox Dr. Kessinger recommended, my skin cleared up, stomach never hurt anymore, and I feel great. I highly recommend going here. We drive all the way from St. Louis to see him.

Absolutely rude they are. They do not have good communication skills. Need new employees

The front desk worker Carry is snobby and gets an attitude for no apparent reason. Is not professional at all. I've been here quite a few times and this is the 2and time I've experienced this from her and will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I have been a patient for the past six years and am beyond impressed with the holistic approach of the clinic. The staff is professional yet truly cares about your personal wellbeing. I can rave on and on about the success that I have had with Dr. Kessinger, Dr. Moriah, and the knowledgeable staff.

Hubby and I have been looking for a better way of healing.
We were encouraged to go to Kessinger's.
So far, I am pleased with everyone there.
Kessinger's is THE friendliest place I have ever been!
From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated like people, not a doormat.
Doc sees you, and comes over and says hello, even pats you on the shoulder.
I can't see any place running a close second!
