The personal training service is very very lousy. I made the payment on March 1 and was told to wait for schedule update within a week. However, there is no one contacted me so far. I have tried to reach them a few times for update, and there is no reply. Today, I called them again. They have just provided with me the contact person for follow-up. There is no service commitment and teamwork at all.

Bad gym, few cardio machines and they are beat down, not smooth running. The gym is almost underground, small dungeon like and makes me feel trapped (suffocating). Poor air circulation, poor ventilation, very few windows, lacks natural sunlight. The overall set up of equipment is scattered, not very practical. This gym is very outrageously over priced for what it is. Old and outdated.

I love the Community Centre. They have lots of activities and a library attached. The gym sometimes fills up and you can't get a spot though, especially on the treadmills as they have limited numbers. The people are nice.

It needs a remodel. It is close to everything. The amenities are kind of expensive. The staff are ok. They could be friendlier. I like the library but is too old and the hours are to restricted. 9to 9 is better Mon to fri.

A nice, older community centre that has a lot of different activities for young and old. My children, over the years, have taken pottery, dance, and now swimming. There is a senior centre that serves daily lunches for a reasonable price apparently.

An older community centre with pool and fitness facilities. I visit this location from time to time for their aquafit classes. These classes can be quite crowded depending on the time of day. Instruction by the young lifeguards are disappointing at times. Their style of teaching is only from the deck and it's basically calisthenics; repetitive and not very challenging at times. If you want a good workout prepare to push yourself and ignore the comments of those around you who don't want to get their hair wet by your splashing. They have flexible scheduled times for these classes 7 days a week. The pool bottom is rough on your feet when attending these classes without aqua shoes. The change room is smaller than others, has less than 10 shower heads for communal showers. There can be a wait to get a shower. I attend classes here when my schedule doesn't fit around the classes at Hillcrest.

The lady from the Centre is very rude answering my question and make me feel like I am so unwelcome registering my kids to their community centre. What does she think she is? I was going to register my 3 kids to their day camps, it cost almost $1000 for them to get into 2 weeks day camps. Her attitude with providing me the right direction of the registration make me so uncomfortable and so pissed. Good Luck to service department

Absolutely ridiculous staff (unhelpful and patronizing), they all seemed entitled. Came in to go to the gym (usually go to Mt Pleasant but I was out of the neighborhood) and was given a rude awakening that my flexipass does not cover their gym. Was disrespected by staff amidst my confusion and will never bother paying the 3.50 drop in again for a gym in awful need of renovation and proper equipment placement.

Very rude receptionists. There are two ladies who look so grumpy, ignores clients, and are so ignorrant. They made me wait 40 minutes to pick-up pickup my member card after playing billiards just because she was registering someone for a camp. Afterwards, when she was ready, she took a quick glance and says there is no cards here. Ends up being on the floor. Horrible service? Then flicks the card at me; how rude. The other lady is free but doesn't even offer to help. Though their facilities and youth room is really good; other staffs are helpful. Recepionists gotta change; terrible.

We have been using one of the rooms for a monthly "Peter Talk" named after a good friend and geologist who passed away recently. The center is well used. Mens washroom very small and cramped. Coffee is good.
