I had a mixed experience with Kerala Medical Services Corporation. Some aspects were good, while others were not up to the mark. The customer service provided by the company was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. However, the process of ordering and delivery of medical supplies was a bit slow and inefficient. Overall, it was an average experience.
