Serves the purpose but delay should be highly expected

Well organized and courteous staff. As for the perennial delays it has nothing to do with the staff

The most unsafe means of transport I have ever witnessed. Life electric wires , some not secured hanging dangerously all over the place . Are there trained n may be rated engineers to maintain these facilities ?

Driving at night with this ferry is certainly an experience for a Central European. Not sure, not clean, but incomparable

This is my residence area, taking daily ferry ride to and from the Mombasa CBD

This act as a link between Mombasa island and the mainland south coast
There's no bridge here so people rely majorly on ferries

Services are wanting. Ferries are old and decrepit...apparently as old as 1988...!!. No one in the government seems willing to do anything about it.

The only way to cross from Mombasa Island to Likoni and Southcoast. Nice staff

Crowded and safety precautions were wanting. Otherwise it was an exciting 5 minute ride on the ferry.Mv Jambo is the best ferry others are old and breakdown quite often.

There ferries keep on breaking down haphazardly. The management should look into refurbishment their existing fleet for usability and put a disaster preparedness team ready to assist in times of emergencies.

The only vessel to ferry you across the Indian ocean channel. Try them out while in coast of Kenya..

Ferry service very pathetic...government of Kenya to do something like a link road between main land and Mombasa island

This is the dangerous place to drive in because of the poor acutechral.

Crossing the ferry has a nice view. It really captures your eyes

Waiting 2_3 hrs to board Likoni Ferry is something I don't Like. Why can't they expand the boarding area or build a bridge?

It's free of charge first of all,when going to the other side there's lots of people but trip of returning there's few people, so preferably returning is the best

Need to improve and have rescue team on 24 hr basis

No proper safety precautions to assist people Incase of tragedies.

At times the queues are long while they prioritize the vehicles in the morning. In the evenings priority is shifted to pedestrians whih is logical. Few accidents but the security personnel need to be more verbal and talk calmly with people.

I enjoyed the ferry ride. The place is however crowded but that is understandable because people are busy travelling to and frombthe mainland.

A very congested place esp during rush hours. Lots of pickpockets. If you're visiting the coast, the best day of the week to cross would be Saturday or Sunday. Otherwise, avoid the ferry on weekdays if you can.

There's really not much to like about the ferry except the crossing itself and watching the ocean or if lucky, sea life beneath the water.

The traffic is just really bad, both human and vehicular. They really need to do a better job at directing who goes where. Accidents could so very easily happen!

It really is helpful but that traffic jam is exhausting during rush hours. I advice to use a private car from walking.

They don't charge for transportation..unless cars. waiting bay at peak hours very full. I'd prefer you wait

New ferries are doing a great job in easing traffic across the channel.

Better try to visit likoni vie this ferry ....it's hectic but you can enjoy
