Similar to any Kenya govt office, the personnel are incompetent, unprofessional and have very poor telephone etiquette.
Keep it up!

My boyfriend returned his passport and they said it had to be ready within 8 weeks but no.

It's been 3 days that I CALL NO ANSWER YOU DO NOT DO SO ...

I tried to contact them for 30 min without getting an answer from any office.

They never respond to anything. I wonder whether they are on vacation in Italy or are actually being paid to serve those in diaspora.

I only say one thing: what kindness and availability do they have in this Embassy !! So much admiration !! SHOW!!
