Great workers and their cafe and csa offer so many fresh food items.

I do appreciate thd food.. i ended up with 5 oversized boxes of raisins, 2 pork loins, 3 cans of pork in juice.

Awesome people, amazing products, all around great experience.

Because of the beginning of quarantine, you just sit in your car and they bring a cart of food to the car!!

Amazing organization. They have an on-site coffee shop, culinary institute and warehouse training program to help those in need develop job skills to attain jobs in addition to provide food for those in need.

There s never anything but pork and canned goods anymore. They take up to one month to schedule me when I call every day begging for help. They are not helpful. The food isn t something a disabled person with restrictions can eat because it s rarely anything healthy or edible.

Good place to volunteer. They make an effort to coordinate useful activities.

Went here for graduation party. Was pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean and perfect for this celebration. But the big surprise was how good the food was. I had no idea the food bank offered catering services.

Terrible especially when it comes to assistance with going back to school.to better your self

Great organization with a fantastic mission statement. Unfortunately the service was lacking. Not alot of communication for first time patrons and an employee was fairly crass with my 4 year old son. But overall a somewhat pleasant experience.

New location is so nice - more room, culinary school on site, etc.

Very busy but orderly. We picked up about 100 Thanksgiving Boxes.

My daughter and I dropped off a car trunk load of food. Very polite clientele!

Had an amazing experience volunteering here. It was extra special knowing that we were packing food for kids who otherwise might go hungry.

What a great hidden treasure. I bought a bunch of veggies for $10! I will for sure go back.

When you have a temp. financial problem, you can go there and get groceries free.

Great place for anyone that is interested in getting perishables, vegetables, and fruits. They have a selection of frozen meats bit it depends the day of the week you go. Awesome place for the community!

I was so satisfied with the process which was well organized the employees or volunteer were so respectful non judging very nice and well spoken I got everything and more that I had been needed including holiday foods which will be awesome now. Another excellent opportunity to help pack food bags for school aged children!

It is a very good help for those who need it. for people who have 50 years old onwards very good help

They do a lot for the community. Pay them a visit to see all that they do

Does public transportation go out there? Also, there seemed to be a lot of food that they pawned off on people, cases of food. Are they that overstocked? Pork seems to be the only kind of meat they have.

I like some of the things I get but they give out too many things I can't eat all the beans all the can pork in gravy need more ouf the vegetables bananas grapes milk things like that

It's important to give back. They make it simple and fun.

As a Social Worker I love going to the organization and picking out items that many people and families need.

I have been volunteering here for several years and they are an ambitious organization. The new location is massive; providing new training opportunities for jobs in the community as well as more food availability via our own farm. So much fun to give back !!!

Love volunteering at the food bank. It is always positive experience. Our youth group enjoys it too.

I was overwhelmed and amazed at the entire process. This will be an excellent resource for my disabled daughter and gives me piece of mind as I transition her along her path of Independence. Knowing there is a source to supplement her daily living gives me piece of mind. Another step done on the path.

Very organized, efficient. Also accepts donations of feminine hygiene products and unexpired toothpaste.

Are they really charging people/churches /programs for the food and to deliver it if most of it is donated?

This is a great place! The things that they are doing to help the community is exactly what we need. I'm glad that the support the way that they do.

Great farm stand. Open to the public. Ready to eat foods for sale too. From the kitchen and in the freezer of the farm stand or served in the cafe.

Donating products and your time is always rewarding. The Food Bank of Delaware is a great place to to do just that. Its clean and well organized. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
