She had an innate ability to understand the home, and how to market it; which was exceptional considering it is an historic landmark. Along with Becky, they made the sale of the home seamless, especially challenging since we were out of the country for the majority of the listing, going above and beyond expectations. We were so grateful to have Aimee Twarogowski on our side not once but twice during the COVID-19 pandemic. We attempted to buy and sell during early March 2020, not knowing how the virus would unfold. During a period of extreme stress, she was a steady hand at the wheel, guiding us through all of our options. Fast forward to August, we were ready to enter the market again, and Aimee led us through successful buying and selling transactions. I cannot say enough great things about Aimee it s like writing about family. She s the best at what she does and we were lucky to work with her.

Elizabeth was highly knowledgeable and attentive while helping us find our home. We sold our condo and used the proceeds to buy a new place, so timing and thoroughness we're crucial. We were thrilled with the price we got for our old place and were able to find an affordable new home that met all our needs. Elizabeth also did a good job of mitigating the stress we were going through. She will definitely be our agent for any future purchases or sales we may make

I m overwhelmed about the purchase of our beautiful new home, I m reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us to this point masterfully conducted by our realtor - Mr. Jaryd Takushi who served us as both Buyers and Sellers agent. Specifically, I ve been thinking about all the things Mr. Takushi did to get us here. This is the first home we have acquired working with Jaryd, he has made this purchase entirely different from any of our earlier home purchases. I would like to share parts of the experience that were instrumental.
First of all, Jaryd took time to really get to know my wife and I and to certify the type of home we were looking for. He also had the foresight and knowledge to make our dream happen! Only through his insight and experience would we have be able to accomplish our goals of 1) purchase in a new neighborhood, 2) purchase in a hot market and 3) purchase on a highly coveted corner lot.
The second order of business was to sell our current home. We honestly do not know what we would have done without Jaryd s guidance during this process; Jaryd had all the answers suggesting that we sell right away then rent from the new home owners until our next home was ready. By the first showing Jaryed has orchestrated the homes staging and listing masterfully - we received multiple offers and sold within five (5) days!
The next order of business was our new home; my wife and I received additional - valuable - information and advice from Jaryd, most likely derived from his deep knowledge and long lasting relationships with home builders. Jaryd provided us type and scheduled build-out of homes in our area, he instructed us on exactly when to meet with builders agents and he facilitated the conversation every step of the way clarifying needs and desires of both parties making the entire building process "pure joy."
It turns out Jaryd, being a trained and licensed Civil Engineer, has a higher knowledge of Residential development and home construction than your typical Realtor.
Jaryd was also a huge help in navigating the best deals for our financing. It seems that financing homes gets more complicated every year; we mentioned Jaryd by name to our lender; Jaryd kept close tabs on our file and was in constant contact with our agent, this helped to insure that our account was extra important.
The last thing I want to mention is that Jaryd doesn't want to be a stranger during and after home closings. He has been available to guide us in the right direction selecting home cleaning, general construction and handyman professionals.
You can bet when the time comes and another change is needed, it s Jaryd Takushi we will choose to call on to guide us through the real estate process once more!

We worked with Kevin Garrett and were so pleased with our home buying experience. From the beginning Kevin was incredibly organized and always made himself available to look at houses. Whilst house hunting he was as intrigued to look at the houses as we were and he would give us information/point things out that we would not have even thought to look for. He was also a great sounding board and helped us hone in on what we really wanted/needed in a home. Once we found our home he did a stellar job negotiating on our behalf and walked us through the entire closing process. As first time home buyers making the biggest purchase of our lives we were nervous, but Kevin made the whole thing easy and fun.

We have now used Kayla to buy and sell a home and let me tell you, she is awesome! Not only is she incredible at her job, she has your best interest at heart too! We decided to put our house on the market at the beginning of Covid 19 with a lot of uncertainty. Kayla went above and beyond to cam our nerves, handle all the curve balls thrown her way and get us the best selling price (on the second day) we could have asked for. We couldn t have done it without her!

My husband and I just went through the home buying process with Eric and we can't say enough good things about him and all that he did for us. It took roughly 7 months to find our home and Eric went above and beyond... for the entire 7 months. Throughout that time, we never felt pressured by him to put an offer on a house, which I think sets him apart from other agents. We sometimes even found ourselves wishing that Eric would pressure us more, but he just wouldn't. He let us take our time and make our own decisions. And now that we are in the perfect home, we appreciate that more than we ever thought we would. Eric actually sent a link for our (now) house to us in the middle of our search in other areas. He knew we wanted to be in this one area but we were always under the impression that we weren't going to find anything in our budget there, so we stopped looking. Eric didn't, though, and now we have him to thank for finding this perfect home for us. It was actually the one and only offer we put down during the entire process. Eric is smart, he knows the market well, and he never stops advocating for his clients. We are so fortunate that we happened upon him 7 long months ago!

My partner and I worked with Greg Yoshida of the Move Group to buy our first home. We made the best possible choice in having Greg as our realtor. We had a lot of questions about the process, and he patiently and promptly answered all of them. He was quick to set up showings whenever a property caught our eye, and at showings, he was honest about pros and cons of the property. We never felt pressured to submit an offer.
