Run, run, run far away from Anne Whipple and Keller Williams DTC. I don t normally leave reviews, but the experience my family member had with them was terrible. Find someone else.
I agree with the previous negative reviews. They re just commission focused and forget about customer service.

Unfortunately my experience with KW could not have been worse. When faced with the opportunity to do the right thing the agent and the agency chose to make a bad situation so much worse. The nightmare of losing your ability to purchase a home that has taken so long to find is difficult to describe. I am still baffled by their actions that harmed a client for no benefit to either side. I simply cannot recommend them. With some many good firms in Denver why would you take a chance with a group like this?

Charla Kelly let her clients sell my daughter and myself a home without cleaning it one bit before they left. It was a health hazard due to the tremendous amount of dog feces in the tiny condo yard which they refused to clean up. Damage on counters was hidden. Interior Pet urine damage was hidden. She seems to feel her clients can leave a pig sty and not be responsible for any cleaning at all. They left many items behind and didn t care that we now have to pay to have them removed from the home. She appears to be unethical and only commission focused. I would not recommend this agent for any reason.

On top of the listed address being wrong, Greg Hunter was extremely pushy and disrespectful. I can t speak for other associates at this business but I would definitely not rent from Greg Hunter.

I am interested in selling my home here in Atlanta, GA. I contacted someone by the name of Daniel Rosentein; his ad was on Craigslist. I don't know what kind of tactics this young man was taught, but his recruiting game need works. I asked him some questions that I am certain were in my purview. However, he didn't seem to appreciate my inquisitiveness and kept pushing to send me a contract. I ask a lot of questions; I expect answers or at least to be directed to where I can get my queried answered. He did neither. I'm extremely disappointed because I know that Keller Williams is a reputable company.
We started our home buying process early in the year to get our feet wet and get all our ducks in a row. Met Mike right of the bat and thank god that we did. It was our first purchase and Mike made it simple and taught us exactly what to expect. He found only houses that worked for us and got us a house even beyond our expectations. He was able to get us the house at $15,000.00 less than other offers, that's a true perfectionist to me. There was one issue in the final walkthrough with an incomplete bathroom, even though it was not promised in the disclosure to get finished Mike took care of that within an hour. I would recommend his services to anyone.
