Unique, beautiful, stylish. Personal is at the level, ready to help and make your staying perfect and memorable. Every time we drive guest to hotel doors, the are two porters to help you with your luggage. Worth of visit.

Very nice hotel. Very big point deduction because of a noisy troupe, who celebrated loudly on the balcony until 7 o'clock in the morning. Despite repeated complaints the hotel did not prevent this. Unbelievable that you have to endure something like that at the price. Does not fit my idea of an upscale house.

Beautiful room, great location, fantastic breakfast. However, when seated and trying to get a coffee in the morning the staff usually works really hard to avoid all eye contact so not to be disturbed. I had to follow a poor server to a table with coffee to deliver ether to ask him to bring me a cup. 25 minutes later I had a cappuccino.

Very nice setting, extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Everyone also speaks Serbian which pleasantly surprised me. It's a little crowded in the morning for breakfast on the weekend, even waiting in line which is why I don't think the service is at a price level. But the food is very tasty so it's worth the wait :)

Nice, cozy hotel, a choice of lots of very tasty food and very friendly staff. One star less due to (NOT) maintenance of the rooms (terrible and loud creaking of the bathroom door, broken back wall in the closet and blowing by the wind by the windows). Damage

Fantastic experience. Staff go out of their way to help at all times. If you want a place that offers all the charm of Italy but without the chaos then this is it. A fabulous combinations of lakes and mountains. Kids made very welcome. Piran a couple of kilometres away is delightful.

Historical hotel beautifully renovated. I would recommend staying in the new part of the hotel though. Breakfast is incredible with full range of selection - give yourself time to leisurlly enjoy it. The spa would however need a bit of work on.

Since a short stay at the Kempinski in Vienna, I was never in doubt that this hotel would fulfil all my hopes of professionalism, luxury and comfort. We booked our stay very last minute (we arrived 15 minutes after booking), and received a really warm welcome. SPA, pool area, breakfast, dinner, room - everything was perfect. And the palace building is really magnificent as well.

The thing that leaves you in awe is the restored building on which this Hotel has therefore been built, a historic part of which is attached to a modern building very well connected. It is a pity that in the historical part you hardly ever stay ... I for example don't! Breakfast is served in the beautiful Salone that reminisces of the old days. Staff not inclined to the cordial reception that a hotel of this category would require ... The pool is really small ... the saunas of my beautician are bigger ... too small and not very discreet the environment that is excessively illuminated .. .I would not be very disappointed

The hotel is beautiful because it was the most luxurious hotel on the entire Adriatic Sea in 1910 when the Austro-Hungarian Empire opened it. The guestbook is very fascinating, the big minus is the management company Kempinski, which does not offer the service at the same level as the hotel itself. And the surrounding area is not the best hotel, but I believe that all this will work out.

Perfect short break in a historic hotel with outstanding service!

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Kempinski Palace Portoroz for 2 nights in September. The historic hotel is located directly on a historical park and only a few meters from the sea. The hotel's own sandy Palace Beach is only a 2-minute walk away.

We had booked a palace suite with a sea view. It was in the traditional part and the very spacious suite was very elegant and stylish with attention to detail. What we liked best, of course, was the wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and that from two balconies. Who doesn't want to wake up like this every morning?

I would particularly like to highlight the employees. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in the spa area, they were always very competent, friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome from the first moment.

We also remember the generous breakfast buffet as particularly positive. The choice of cold and hot food is really remarkable and the best part is
that it goes until 12:00 p.m. and you can therefore sleep in without any problems.

What I can also highly recommend is the signature treatment in the Rose Spa: You get a full body peeling with sea salt and soothing oils and then a full body massage. I felt like newborn afterwards :) And if the weather doesn't play along, you can relax in the wellness area with indoor pool and various saunas.

We can recommend this hotel without exception and will definitely be back soon!

I stayed at the kempinski several times and I always had the same problem, that is, the cleaning of the room, the reception was pointed out, the answer was always the same, maybe I had entered the do not disturb. I wonder if the answers are a script to respect on Management advice or I am repetitive in my requests, maybe I have a weak memory?

Visit to Portoruz in Kempinski. Lt. Fallstaffel has the restaurant in the Kempinski that "Fleur De Sel" only modest 81 points. In our view, something undervalued. Compared to the Rizibizi, with 85 points, the "Fleur De Sel" was consistently higher quality. Had a nice evening, with Kempinski Services ....
