Lovely place to eat, great food and service, friendly staff.
Very below average. Fish not seasoned or cooked properly.
We had the Peri Peri Wraps and it was perfect. Nicely packed and very tasty. We had previously stopped coming here as we felt the standard had dropped but on today's visit it was very good and we will definitely be back again.
Had a terrible lunch here , had the crab and chorizo pasta, it was tasteless with 2 bits of chorizo and hardly any Crab and stone cold.. my husband got the fish and chips, overcooked goujon s came out , chips were dried out and disgusting! So disappointing!
Lovely venue with lovely food. Staff were great having a bit of banter while being super safe. Great Covid policy in place and Super clean. Definitely recommend as the best food in Bunratty
Food Amazing and very professional friendly staff.will certainly return
We wanted to drink something. We there experienced the staff very aloof and totally uninterested. At the checkout there was an extra charge, probably because you are a tourist. We just sat at the bar. Not even at a table. Very expensive. For an alcohol-free pint, I lost 6.50. Felt hugely deposited.
Hopefully every bartender makes their Irish Coffee the same.....BEST I have ever had ANYWHERE!!!!
Always a nice place to enjoy a nice lunch and dinner next door
Staff and food were brilliant. All safety precautions were taken and felt very safe for first meal out after COVID-19 lockdown. Would highly recommend.
Very good food. Service very good. Staff very friendly.
Great fresh wholesome food that is really tasty. Brilliant customer service. Management and staff truly excellent. Restaurant spotless and well maintained.
Great location and quality of interior is very good and clean. Attentive staff all friendly and happy to help. Reasonable price menu with good selection to suit most tastes. Good size portions and the hot food was hot.
Very disssapointed on honeymoon stopped in bunratty especially to eat here main man was rude and no tables when our turn for a table came it was given to 2 other couples after 20 mins had enough and left hungry
Superb food. Great atmosphere and excellent staff. Particular mention of shane. Great personal service. Will definitely be back
Lovely bar/restaurant in Bunratty; great food at a reasonable price.
Magnificent and elegant restaurant do of eats very well. Spectacular location near a castle, .I recommend it
Super vibe, and really cool place for a topnotch munch
Very good food, a little more attention needed to toilet maintenance!
Great food. Great service. Safe comfortable environment.
We had a beautiful lunch sitting outside in the sunshine Food was excellent with a wide range of choice I would highly recommend a visit
Great service and the food is top quality. Best steak I've had in a while
Great Meals. By far the best restaurant in Claire. Great team. You will be happy to leave a tip. We make regular visits here and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
Food and service always of a high standard while being reasonably priced. Never disappoints.
We had a really unpleasant experience here. The staff treated us like air. We got seated upstairs and we waited for everything too long. After asking for the dessert menu noone appeared again. We went out after over a half hour of waiting. The food was good, but the service ruined it completely.
Very Nice staff and nice pub food aswell, food was quick which was surprised but great anyway. Had no real complaints everything was very good.
Located close to the historic Bunratty castle. This is a comfortable and relaxing place to visit. There is a varied choice of food available here to suit most tastes. They offer a range of wines, beers and spirits. The service from the friendly staff is also very good
I am gluten free and they substituted gluten items the steak was delicious
main course - fresh fish - was terrible. straight from the freezer. 1 x adults and 1 x kids portion left untouched after the first bite. advised waiter but was told this was what was served everyvday without complaint. So bill was paid in full including uneayen foodd and we left. Starters were nice but main course was of a lower standard than you would get at a takeaway.
Stopped here a few times now on way to different locations . Would highly recommend. It always seems full which is a good recommendation in itself ! Food lovely and staff pleasant .
My food was burnt but the two people I was with enjoyed theirs.
Great service and food. The Cajun steak sandwich was on special and was delicious.
Starters were very good but unfortunately for the second time in three months my wife and I got served under cooked meat
Good pricing, great food and the staff were awesome. Cheers
The food was mixed, the duck was dry but the curry was quite good and dessert was excellent. Service was friendly but not attentive, everyone had tunnel vision doing their current task and so had to grab folks to order another round and dessert. Overall ambiance was good. (Edited inline above: duck, not rabbit was dry - sorry for the error).
The place was nice, the food was nice. Staff could have been a bit more attentive. I was waiting 5 min to pay a bill, but there was a man waiting for 3/4 mins before me. Manager and a member of staff had their backs turned to us. I think they were planning about setting up for a party / group that were coming in later on. So they were working, but they should turn around. While I was waiting to pay the bill, a waiter dropped a piece of cutlery and put it back wit the clean cutlery.
Was there for dinner on a Saturday night. Very middle of the road when it comes to food. Not good value for money
Modern comfortable decor providing a counterpoint to the pub experience you will find in Nellies or the Creamery. Decent food, if overpriced.
We had a delicious dinner which was complemented by the great service. Definitely worth a visit!
Great for a big dinner sized lunch, but not great for just lunch.
The menu has been reduced which is acceptable at this time...I have always had a good meal here but had burger this time which was a bit dry not up to their usual standards...all Covid regulations adhered to..
We were the only ones in the place, yet were still waiting 40 minutes for our food. The pork steak was tasteless and my crab pasta was swimming in cream. The waiter was completely disinterested as well.
Best food in Bunratty by far, fantastic value for money...
Superb food. The head barman has a very good over view in what's going on. Brilliant spot, staff on the ball! Cannot recomend it highly enough
Food was nice but not worth the high price the food is pretty standard for a high class price.
Good pub with nice atmosphere and good meals. We enjoyed it there.
Excellent food and service - would go every day if I could
