We had the Peri Peri Wraps and it was perfect. Nicely packed and very tasty. We had previously stopped coming here as we felt the standard had dropped but on today's visit it was very good and we will definitely be back again.

We wanted to drink something. We there experienced the staff very aloof and totally uninterested. At the checkout there was an extra charge, probably because you are a tourist. We just sat at the bar. Not even at a table. Very expensive. For an alcohol-free pint, I lost 6.50. Felt hugely deposited.

Great location and quality of interior is very good and clean. Attentive staff all friendly and happy to help. Reasonable price menu with good selection to suit most tastes. Good size portions and the hot food was hot.

We had a really unpleasant experience here. The staff treated us like air. We got seated upstairs and we waited for everything too long. After asking for the dessert menu noone appeared again. We went out after over a half hour of waiting. The food was good, but the service ruined it completely.

Located close to the historic Bunratty castle. This is a comfortable and relaxing place to visit. There is a varied choice of food available here to suit most tastes. They offer a range of wines, beers and spirits. The service from the friendly staff is also very good

main course - fresh fish - was terrible. straight from the freezer. 1 x adults and 1 x kids portion left untouched after the first bite. advised waiter but was told this was what was served everyvday without complaint. So bill was paid in full including uneayen foodd and we left. Starters were nice but main course was of a lower standard than you would get at a takeaway.

The food was mixed, the duck was dry but the curry was quite good and dessert was excellent. Service was friendly but not attentive, everyone had tunnel vision doing their current task and so had to grab folks to order another round and dessert. Overall ambiance was good. (Edited inline above: duck, not rabbit was dry - sorry for the error).

The place was nice, the food was nice. Staff could have been a bit more attentive. I was waiting 5 min to pay a bill, but there was a man waiting for 3/4 mins before me. Manager and a member of staff had their backs turned to us. I think they were planning about setting up for a party / group that were coming in later on. So they were working, but they should turn around. While I was waiting to pay the bill, a waiter dropped a piece of cutlery and put it back wit the clean cutlery.

We were the only ones in the place, yet were still waiting 40 minutes for our food. The pork steak was tasteless and my crab pasta was swimming in cream. The waiter was completely disinterested as well.
