Prices have all gone up for the Summer and my starter of mixed vegetables came out with just zucchini then wen changed it then came out as a salad . All new staff. May take a while to get it right .

Came here just for the day to use the facilities. Just what I wanted. Lovely pool, not too busy. Used the gym also. Bit dated, not loads of equipment but if you're inventive then you can do a good workout in there. Had some food from the pool bar which was really nice.
Everyone gave his utmost in caring and servicing us. We had a very nice welcome. Everyone done his/her utmost to serve us to the full. The smile on all faces makes the tourist more welcome. Apartment in winter in Malta could also be unheated. After we knew this, we booked by App fix.Dachen we, because you first land on the bonus program page. In the hotel received super friendly and problem solved professionally, thank you. The room was great, in the bathroom rather middle class. (Plastic bath instead of shower with glass separation) Breakfast was also standard, nice the children's buffet, proper coffee we got on request. Highly the young staff, at the front desk, in the bar and breakfast, all dedicated and friendly.
Although a bit on the expensive side, it is a place well-known for its spa and relaxation facilities. And the rooms are quite spacious and nice.
I have visited and worked in multiple other 5star hotels, I know attention to detail when i see it. From the cleaning staff & reception to selection of food and handling everything was truly sublime.
Been here and it's utterly amazing. Service is amazing, smiles all round, quality of everything is top, and the environment, inside and outside is outstanding. You will not regret it.

Though with corona it is a challenging time for everyone, Kempinski managed to give us a wonderful stay, as usual. Be it a bit more limited this time it was still an amazing experience.
The place is amazing, beautiful,comfortable and warm. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very big and perfect for a family. The views from the rooms are amazing and the food is delicious.

The neighbors were very poorly polite I said to the reception if they made noise all night and in the morning very early they just apologized and by dint of insisting they just changed us room slightly better at the end of the trip I expected at least a compensation at the end of the stay but no none is inadmissible

This was not our first experience at the hotel but had not been in a few years. It remained a lovely place with an excellent service. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very generous and varied breakfast. Staff very helpful. A great experience. Will surely return again. The place has kept the standard over the years. I think it is actually at its best ever especially regarding service. Well done.

This is the 5* Hotel to be at in Gozo. The rooms are luxurious. The Spa with 2 pools, a jacuzzi and high class Hammam facilities are of High class. The Spa treatments and massages are EXCELLENT. The services offered by staff are always delivered with a smile. Staff remember who you are and ensure to Welcome you in any location on the hotel vast premises. The outdoor pools are INCREDIBLE. Definitely come back soon !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!
Was our first stay at the hotel and we were very impressed. Nice view from the balcony, 3 swimming pools, a beautiful garden, nice restaurants, the room was super clean and the location of the hotel is good, in a quiet place. What we liked as well was the helpful staff, that were always asking us if everything is OK. The stuff were helping each other and this means for us that they are a real team. They always have a happy face and are very nice, fact which shows that they enjoy what they do.

An amazing resort in that area. We stayed for two nights and our room was on the 6th floor with views of the pool area. The room was spacious and well furnished. Tho resort's spa is superb with just a few details that need fixing. Staff at the resort are very service oriented and friendly. If you come to Gozo, you gotta try this resort.
We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at the Kempinski and we had an excellent stay. All the staff was very kind and professional, the room was spotless and COVID-19 safety and sanitation measures were meticulously followed.

The problem is the service or rather lack of it especially during breakfast which is also poor in quality.

Great resort and service overall and some parts of it were truly a 5 star experience. Unfortunately, we were let down by few parts of the hotel, like the pool bar and the spa, that are disorganized and make mistakes that should not happen in a 5 star hotel.
Very very good. You'll enjoy the stay for sure. Room is great and food is amazing. If it had a heated outdoor pool and a larger or second jacquzi it would be 5*.

We stayed at Kempinsky in November, and we loved it. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile, our room had an great view. Breakfast was included and if you book a room i would recomend you get it. The tractoria restaurnat is a bit expensive, and the portions a bit small. Spa is great and the staff was friendly and helpfull, plus the hamam is something you need to try.

Great place offering you the highest service of accommodation along with many SPA and sports amusements. Loved the tennis court.
