Some floors have been recently restored
The disturbance at the end of the night
The prices are very expensive in the seasons

Evening staff not friendly, only Asian receptionist and life guard were nice, sea is very shallow and has many blue small jelly fish, pool is small but clean and night clubs are boring. TV has no any Arabic entertainment programs. I don't think i will come back again.

Very bad and very old very odious smells and annoyance

Ajman hotel is prefect choice in case you are looking for quite and calm place. It was our intention and based on recommendation we have stayed here for Christmas as well as for NY eve. Receptionists are super friendly, supporting you and answering any crazy questions, rooms are super clen, house keeping comes twice a day fixing your room for 100%. Buffet restaurant is overloaded with all you can think off, every evening is different cuisine, outside grill and pasta place is just perfect. Just check pictures so you can imagine. Pool area with heated pool and beach site were always clean, you can always find empty sunbads. Ajman hotel (former Kepinsky) has the widest and longest beach in Ajman!!! Once you come here you will understand. The hotel staff is incrediblly friendly!!! We have booked Christmas eve dinner and also Galla dinner at New years, I must say I didnt expect how fabulous and pompesious it could be, this is something I was so happy we did, with fireworks at the beach it made the complete holidays just the best we could experience. This place has my 11 of 10 points recommended. You can reach Dubai by hotel shuttle bus or by taxi. Depends on traffic it is approx. 30 minutes. Taxi costs around 20 EUR.

Great hotel for a family holiday on the first line!

I wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing about the hotel is the Zanzi Bar, even though service there was very slow. The hotel is dated and needs to be refurbished, especially the rooms and the hallways. Service was slow and I didn't find the employees trustworthy. There was no clear process and the employees were very slow even though there was a long line of people waiting to check in and check out at the same time. When you check in, they take 100 AED deposit for the towel card. When I finally got the attention of the employee (I was later told his name is Basem) so I could check out, he made me sign a form saying I had received my deposit back even though he didn't actually give it to me. I told him I refused to sign until I received my deposit back. He said: "oh, I didn't give it to you?" He was acting dumb like he couldn't remember. This is why I don't find the staff trustworthy. I was not impressed with the overall experience or service. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

The staff are the most nicest people in the world. We came in October and our rooms were cleaned everyday! The food was amazing, the location is awesome, the beach is very nice and the pool was so refreshing! Can t wait to visit again!

Fantastic place with many places to sit with a panoramic sea view

We went between 20 to 27 octobre, very nice hotel, the personel was very worm and welcoming. Food amazing and the friday brunch is incredible. The beach very clean. So wonderful hotel

The location of the hotel is amazing and the view is stunning- it is the longest beach among all hotels on that area.

Nice hotel, best long clean beach, sand and water. Good bowling alley specially for kids. Good food and nice view from the rooms.

Next door is alcohol shop with good options and prices.

Good place to enjoy the beach and to have fun time with the family and friends.
There are good restaurants, shisha & fresh juice offered there too.
Nice swimming pool and service, friendly staff.

Tranquil place as it is far from the traffics

Great for family holidays. Some things could be slightly better, but generally it's OK. Would like to stay again.

We booked smoke free rooms... but all three rooms had a slight smoky smell... The beach was amazing with crystal clear water. The sunset view was amazing. Friendly staff...

Attended the New Year Party 2020 , the food was good and well catered enough for such a huge crowd. Loved the service of the staff they were so organized and well equipped. The food was very good and the party was well arranged

This hotel is beautiful very clean the pool is very good, the staff nice except for a pers in reception, the perfect food a delight each day.
Just a note the bed of room 009 too small.
The week of 18 to 25 Oct 2018 was very pleasant with a beautiful weather
