To the management of the Ajman Hotel Hotel, frankly, the transaction was tired and the furniture was old, the TV was small and not suitable for a 5-star hotel. Food prices are expensive compared to its taste, quality, and attitude, which is always needed. Another indulgent experience I had in this hotel

Lovely wide beach, beautiful landscape, delicious food

I have Booked Wrong Date By Mistake , agoda has no option to change date or refund moeny !!!!,the worst I was on my way to the hotel then agoda cancel my booking( who request that?) , I was so stressed but the night manager anyway helped me for 1 night discount with Breakfast , it's was short, the beach area is big nice umbrella pool bar is so crowded food is Good only in lunch time I didn't like main course wasn't a lot of options there, the most I like here is my see view I have enjoyed sunset a lot , sure will come back again thanks F&B Team ( Sanum....she will offer assistance before you ask ) and Elwy for his professional Treat.this is unforgettable journey .will recommend will comeback .

The fact that you have to push the revolving door at the entrance says alot about the place.

Decent stay. Rooms slightly smelled on the ground floor and the TV in the room was from the 90s. The furniture could be upgraded. Staff was friendly. The breakfast and other services were very overpriced. The beach water was amazing and the pool was nicely temperature controlled.

Best facilities with economical rates and a goood environmemt overall for residence.

Good bar for evening drinks. So many escorts around though and a good night club beside it. You pay 50AED to get access and one drink.

Want to point out that 5 stars I give to this place because of people working in this hotel. Very helpful staff.
5 stars also for the Beach next to hotel and food. There is one fish, chicken and beef dish in variety, also rice, vegetable and salads. Not so many deserts, but baklava goes very good with some nice Turkish coffee.
Coffee machine offers sort of Nescafe which can be improved with better quality machine, but for 3 star hotel absolutely satisfied.
Rooms, sheets, etc are kleen, refrigerator works.
Music in evenings could be more quite not to disturb sleep. For this reason I wanted to rate with 4 stars. But I do like this hotel, because it is cozy and have great exit to the Beach, and because people always is most important value.

Nice Place but Needs Refurbishment and add Another Lift... As For 75 rooms one lift for 4 persons is inadequate.

very bad experience.First enter room ac not working.There is no plugin inside bed.Tv not working.If you go beach too much stupid restriction.Take staff outside otherwise they will charge 14 AED only for water bottle.Lift very bad.

We had the best NYE there, very beautiful and highly recommended staycation. We rented Signature Deluxe Sea View Rooms which has direct sea view with balcony and the views are amazing. Highlight was 31st night Gala Dinner with live music plus the fireworks on the beach was WOW gave a positive start for the year. We promise you won't forget it as an experience. Special Thanks to Mr.Mahesh for the rooms and last minute Gala Dinner table arrangements.

Great staff. Service at the restaurants, Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Specially at the restaurants Vipul and Azar went out of way by modifying the buffet menu based on our diet requirements. Awesome sea view rooms. Kids play area available. But kids were not allowed in Jacuzzi. Swimming pool too deep. Kids pool area available. Beach is awesome.

The place is very beautiful, far from the crowds. All services are available near the hotel and the most important advantages of the hotel are the right price and cleanliness. I love this hotel.

Not what it used to be back when it was the Kempinski. Kind of dated as a venue, feels a little 80s/90s and service quality is quite poor but one of the few options in the neighborhood.
