Had a hole in one last year at Rancho Solano Golf course in Ca. Won a week at the grand Mayan Resort in Puerto Vallarta. The resort is really nice, but the check in process was horrible. The room you are given is on the second floor parking lot side, after a lengthy check-in process a representative leads you to another area and offers a room upgrade if you agree to a 1 hour presentation, OK sounds good but the presentation the next day is high pressure and last over 4 hours. I would have thought that Kemper Sports would have more say as to what room you get? I know that the room was the prize, but I didn't spend my own money to view the parking lot. would gladly pay an upgrade out of pocket. So don't say that I didn't have to go to the presentation. Flights and food ran around $2500.00 out of my pocket. So next time please inform the contestants that they may not get a room with a view, or to expect very high sales pressure. Had I know the conditions prior I would not have accepted the prize.
