I have done business with Henny Penny for over 10 years and I can honestly say this company sets the standard for integrity. The employees and management are top notch and they treat their customers like gold.

I'd like to start off with the fact that Henny Penny does make high end cookers and thats something that every employee should be proud of. The CONS are, poor management, two faced people and lots of wasted material going out of the place because of carelessness. There are great bosses there and there are managers that make you wonder if they got their job because their smooth talkers. Employees having to write down on big poster paper what they need to work on then having to go into a useless 20 meeting and watch them shred them with a big paper shreader. Yea, that fixes the prob.

Henny Penny couldn t recognize talent if it landed on their front step. They discriminate hiring based on age. Jennifer Donnelly in HR is biased and a poor judge of character and ability. Certainly, she is one of the worst at her profession locally in Preble County.
