WOW! What a wonderful experience at Kelseys! Artemis was our server and she provided amazing customer service. Ordered the nachos...wow! what a huge plate! my kids loved them. Will definitely be back.

Poor staff attitude. We came on time and we waited for 25 minutes. I don t recommended this location. My experience with locations were perfect.
The staff weren't quick to see us standing at the door, I didn't mind as I understand we can get distracted. Then we got seated with a family of bees - they had the garage door open and it was one after another. There was no solution or any worry "sorry there are bees" we then had to re seat ourselves. After nearly 25 minutes we were finally greeted by our server, who thankful was very polite and didn't apologize about the bees. That being said we ended up waiting another 15 minutes for our drinks and got told "sorry a basketball team came in" when we were clearly here first. That being said I've had enough time to write this review and my cold food has come out with the wrong order AND still no drinks or even an offer for water. The table beside us has left... last time I will ever return. Shame on you Kelsey's!
we came in today for a late lunch and we were also there for the raptors game on wednesday night. we were served by Lucia both times! She is great, she definitely had a lot on her plate seeing as though the entire bar was full but she never failed to give us all that we needed, including great conversation. Food was really good and the place seemed very clean!

Was extremely dissatisfied with the meal and the new menu. Keep hoping they get back to the way things used to be quality wise 30 years ago. Disappointing to say the least.
Horrible service time and time again.
We ve given this location far too many chances. Every time we ve gone, someone in the party either doesn t get their meal, has to send it back or has to wait until nearly everyone else had finished before their meal comes out.
Extremely understaffed almost every time we ve visited. From personal conversations with the staff, apparently this location is poorly managed and the staff don t stay long.
The owner(s) should concentrate less on the annual decor overhaul and more on their staff, food quality and customer service.
Unfortunately, they ve lost a customer and tarnished the entire Kelsey brand.
Food was decent. Server was kind and a good guy.. but during covid, getting recycled lettuce on our "clean" cutlery was a little shocking. Seeing that someone would have had to wrap it in a napkin and roll it up!
Also it seems like three different types of cutlery is a new trend.

My Family and I went to Kelseys yesterday for lunch. The bartender, Artemis, served us and her service was fantastic!! Fast, friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious also! We will see you soon!
Dont eat there. Worst place i have ever ate. We found hair in the chicken. The mangar Ryan have the worst coustmer service ever!!! I would never go back there
Shelby used to work at the oakville Kelseys, now that it s closed I head to this one to visit! The management is superb at this location and the service is getting stronger everytime!
We came to Kelseys for some dinner and drinks. Mojito's were SO YUMMY and same with the food! Artemis was our server, she was quick and very nice! I recommend this location to everyone.
Dined in on Wednesday night and we had Marissa, she was absolutely amazing and will 100% come in again just to be served by her! She was prompt and very knowledgeable with the menu and all questions that we had, she was also super personable.

Many better bars in Burlington but this is a nice bar for family that has a nice environment with ok service. And food is alright

I WOULD RETURN!
This place was fantastic! The service was fast and the food was delicious. Their Thai Shrimp Curry was outstanding. The creamy sauce was the best part, it had a small hint of coconut and a bit of a bite. The noodles and the shrimp were well cooked.
Will definitely tell my friends about this Kelsey s!! Not only was the food great but my server Shelby was amazing!! Unbelievably friendly and fast with any request we had, will definitely come back to this one!
Went to this location for beers and wings to watch the end of the hockey game with a few of the guys. We sat at the bar and had a nice view of the game with the large screens. The bar was the place to be! There were also tables away from all the action if we were there with the family wanted a more private/quiet place.
Our server Sydney was attentive and made sure our pints were full at all times. The wings were great and the sweet potatoe fries were amazing! I would go again and recommend this location.

I've been to a few Kelsey's restaurants and I have to say this was by far the best one! The store was clean, staff were very friendly and professional, food was well made and on time and very tasty. Highly recommended!
Visited with a group of friends. My wife had fish and chips, I had half rack of ribs and my son double patty burger. The staff were excellent. Accomodated our large group. Very friendly. Food was OK, typical of pub food. If I had to arrange a large group for dinner I would definitely consider again.
Its a very well run establishment .employees are all very friendly and hardworking. Okay people restaurant will be opening soon. Please come by and support our local businesses. Hopefully the 10 people at a time will end soon..
On a birthday occasion, one would hope to keep a positive memory of a delicious dinner with family. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. Fish fried in batter that costs $16.99 yielded very little fish. Another order was messed up. The buffalo wrap was missing the sauce, a baked potato was mistaken for fries, then, when it was noted, the baked potato had to be returned because it included bacon, which was not requested. The bacon was cleared and a huge dollop of sour cream was added.
Ordinarily, waiters and waitresses would check on restaurant patrons, but we were not granted that hospitality.
Although we received an apology, it was a little too late.
We will not recommend Kelsey's to anyone.

My 2 kids and I went here and the food was terrible. The soup was cold and chunky as though it had just been poured out've a bag and not heated properly. Both of my kids received cold food as well. The server was nice but didn't check on us very much despite there only being one other table occupied in the restaurant. Will not return.
It's standard Big Chain restaurant. We've gone now for guys wing nights and I have to continually ask for less sauce on the wings.
If you order the BBQ wings you are basically fishing them out of the sauce to eat them.

Honestly some of the slowest service at the bar .. not sure if its always like this. But I won't make another appearance here. Food was mediocre.
Went for dinner with the kids, everything was disorganised from the beginning. No host so we sat ourselves, bartender came by to get a drink order and did not offer menus ( kids had to get up and get them). We received our first round of drinks and our spinach dip fairly quickly. Never received the kids crayons which they asked for.. Then everything went downhill, they had several tables walk in and everything took so long... I had to ask the manager if he worked there as I had been waiting for my wine for 15 minutes... He got me my wine and the girls drinks finally... Also, the food took 45 minutes to come out, the dirty plates from the dip and empty glasses were not removed, no quality checks until we were well into our meal. Burger was way overcooked.. All in all, they need way more staff on. The franchisee Cam whom I thought was a manager did not address the long waits we had adequately. A very disappointing experience and a poorly run restaurant.
Have been here before the service has always been just ok but my 2 young boys enjoy the kids meal so we went again. Be aware of sitting on the patio at the brown tables with the bar chairs. Tons of tiny ants came out and were all over our plates, unfortunately we had already eaten most of the food before I noticed. My son's plate had a group of ants on it but he is only 8 so he did not notice. When I told the waitress about it and suggested maybe not have anymore people sit at this table she didn't even respond. We of course could not finish our food and my husband asked to speak to the manager, the waitress responded well we have been using this table all day and there hasn't been a problem. So we bought the ants?? Not sure what she was suggesting. She asked if we wanted anything else we said just the bill. She bought it forgot about the kids ice cream that came with their meal and no manager. My husband paid the bill and asked for the manager again, she said she is coming just serving a table. We waited a few minutes at this point my husband was getting annoyed and we just wanted to leave. Really disappointed about how we were treated no apologies, felt like we were just being ignored. Just wanted to warn others so you don't end up eating ants as we may of. Wish I had taken a photo...
I went to Kelseys last night on wing night with my family. I can t believe I ve never been there before. Christina was our server and she did an amazing job! The food tasted good too! Will definitely be coming back for this amazing service!
Amazing service and food!! Our server Shelby was so welcoming and friendly. Shelby made sure that our food came out nice and quick and kept our drinks filled. She made my dining experience absolutely fantastic, tell her to keep up the good work!
Came by last night with my husband for wings and beer, Artemis was our server. Great, fast customer service and great food.
I was with Hassanain Almadamgha on the night of the incident. And I completely support everything he has said. It was not a pleasant experience at all.
Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived and we we're seated fairly quick. I wasn't to impressed with where they sat us which was right by the door when the whole restaurant was pretty much open. After being seated we waited about 20 minutes for our waitress to come and wait us. Finally when she did make her way over she was very polite but forgot to bring us our appetizer and brought out just our main course, also to note she never came back to check if we were okay on drinks. Just when we were nearly done eating she came back to ask us how things were so even if we did have a complaint it wouldn't of mattered because we would of been there for 30+ minutes anyways. My food wasn't the greatest. I ordered the ribs and they were good but my side potatoe was cold. I'm not quite positive that I would recommend going to this restaurant.
We decided to go to this Kelsey s because it was close to our friends place and figured all Kelsey s are the same, boy were we wrong. This location on Dundas st in Burlington was a disaster, the service was horrible and the restaurant was not clean at all. We were a table of 4 people, we waited for a bit for our drinks, then we ordered our food, well we waited well over a half an hour and the food was not very hot. I requested a refill, never got it. During all this we witnessed a family also waiting but decided to get up and leave as they never even received their beverages, another table had to get the manager over and let him know how disappointed they were. We decided to have dessert and waited again. We were going to get the manager involved but we didn t feel like waiting anymore. I would not recommend this location at all.
This location is by far the best Kelsey's I've been too. Great service and the food was amazing and came in a timely manner. We were a party of 8 and everyone was satisfied. Kelsey's menu has really changed for the better as of late.
Love the layout of this Kelseys! I used to go to the one in oakville and found it very loud and not very private in the booths, this is LOADS better!
My family came in to dinner on Thursday before the raptors game! Shelby was talking with my two youngest boys about the raptors (or should I say, they were talking her ear off), and was just great! Super friendly, made recommendations and also tended to other servers tables - it was a real team environment!

Worst dining experience I've ever had. The server asked for our orders 7 times each (large party of guests) and still got the meals wrong. No apologises just sass. Our meals came out over cooked and we waited 25minuets for chicken fingers. The owner gave us a discount but the waiter commented that it was a big deal for the bills to be changed and for the bills to be separated for each guest. Cmon it's kelseys. Can't be the first party that wants separate bills. I would no recommend this location to ANYONE!
I went to this Kelsey s and it was great. Great food and customer service. My 6 year old daughter loved the food.

Just wanted to let you know I came in at 3pm yesterday. No one to greet me at door, waited a bit, grabbed some menus and went and sat in the lounge area. Along with being stifling hot in there, no staff were to be found. anywhere. waited some more and left. #disappointed.

Came in for a quick meal with my Husband and Friend last night. Artimis served us with a smile! Best service I've had in a very long time. It is very nice to see people enjoy what they do. We ordered burgers, my husband asked for it cooked a certain way, and It came out perfect. I 100% recommend this Kelsey's to anyone! The renovation is also very beautiful.

Grabbed some last minute take out after a busy day. Remembering how classic the wings used to be, pre-covid, I ordered 15 wings: well done, half hot, half mild. I ended up eating half because I was starving, then throwing the rest out. They were gross to say the least. Undercooked, thrown together poorly. Very upsetting and way over priced. Absolutely dreadful experience.
Our waitress, Marissa was very nice. She was helpful with menu decisions and was very quick with drink refills. Made our dining experience much more delightful.
This following story is regarding my second ever visit to Kelsey s. It concerns a server, Katie (apologies for spelling) and the supposed owner Cam. For added context, I have never previously had any issues with fast food or sit down restaurants;
Never been so disrespected at any fast food let alone sit down restaurant before. Sat down for about 5 minutes with group of friends to watch the Raptors game, and within minutes the server approaches us and asks us if we are getting any drinks, we all respond with water since none of us drink pop.
She immediately says that there is a drink minimum and that we have to order food and can t simply watch the game. She did not give us a menu or anything and told her manager that we didn t order any food like last time (a week prior) but this is only our second time here. Another server even told the manager that we in fact did order last time.
The manager proceeds to talk to us, about how we have to order food without giving us menus. We had intentions to buy food yet he proceeds to make sarcastic jokes about not serving us . Nobody else in Kelseys got asked if they were ordering food or not. We asked for a menu, had all intentions to get food and the server/manager harassed us within 5 minutes of siting down. At what restaurant are you forced to order food within 5 minutes of sitting down. The server from our first visit even said sorry on her managers behalf.
I am not attempting to pull the race card whatsoever because it is a big assumption, but when 12 brown guys walk into a restaurant and nobody else gets questioned if they are buying food other than us, what else are we supposed to assume? This is simply unacceptable.
You guys can t just sit here and order nothing , constant jokes about not serving us, 2 different workers demanding we order something without menus even after we asked, all simply because we only drink water and not pop or beer.
I appreciate Kelsey s Twitter account and customer service team as they have reached out to me regarding my concerns. Hopefully we can find a solution to this issue, as no other customer should have to deal with this kind of service, especially at a sit down restaurant.
Place is exceptionally slow. Staff are awful. It's an almost restaurant and we had to sit for 40 mins to get an appetizer.
We have been waiting for an hour for one appetizer.
Great food & service! Their wings never disappoint and are a must have. A nice place to spend an evening with friends.

I visited this location this past Sunday for the first time ever... and I must say I was extremely impressed by my everything specialist David! His personality and professionalism was exactly what made my visit extra special. His recommendations were spot on and his knowledge and mixologist skills were everything my group and I needed. Those Mango Mojitos were the best David thank you!
My complaint is about the management policy at this location. I've come to this location often and many times there is a shift change and the waiter or waitress comes up and says they are leaving and would like me to close out my bill so they can get their tip. I've done it and then it seems no one else serves us after. I did ask one of the people waiting on us once if this was common practice at Kelseys and was told only this location. Needless to say I've stopped going. Whoever the owners are they are very short sighted in that they lost me as a customer because of a short-sighted policy. Their policy is an aweful customer experience and the employees apologize and I can see it puts them in an uncomfortable position just to ask. I don't need to be a rocket scientist to realize there has to be tension between management practices and employees. I usually spend around $75 - $100 per visit and haven't been there in about 4 months and used to go 2 - 3 times a month. Now I don't because of that policy. They've easily lost about $500 of my business in that time. My recommendation to the owners is I would stop that policy, it makes your customers very uncomfortable and a horrible experience. I'm assuming other customers feel like I do. Not to mention if I was an employee I'd think this is a poor policy considering no other Kelseys or most other restaurants I go to do this. I'm actually surprised that Kelseys head office allows this. Anyways I hope you stop this policy and have been meaning to write this for some time to help the owners understand that their policy is a very poor customer experience.

I went there a few months back and ended up leaving hungry because no server attended the table even after tens of minutes. We were not the only ones who left that day. Not sure about their food but hands down for their service. They could have easily made us wait by taking care if us better or not making us leave there. We ended up going to Boston Pizza instead. I will never even attempt to go there again!
The servers did the best they could, but there was just no food coming out of the kitchen. We waited for over 2 hours, and didn't get any food. There were tons of families around us that has also not gotten any food. Not really sure what happened, but we will not be returning here.
Stopped by for lunch this past Sunday! All the staff was very friendly, management even stopped by to check on everything! My server shelby encouraged me to go online and leave a review! I WAS BAFFLED that this place was not getting the 5 star reviews! The service was great, food came out quickly even with other bigger families in the restaurant, I am shocked! Highly recommend this Kelseys anytime!
As with other roadhouse chains, the place provides a decent dining experience without excelling at anything. Setting is comfortable, with plenty of booths available, as well as a patio facing the busy street.
Food is good; the maple mustard salmon was excellent, and the chicken parm sandwich didn't disappoint. The gravy for the fries tasted like it has seen better days. Service is friendly, but not very attentive, and the kitchen is slow. There was no one at the door to seat us, and it took over 20 minutes for our lunch to arrive, despite the place being almost empty. Good thing none of us had to go back to work that day.
The place offers a good selection of beer, and the bar is well stocked. Prices are in line with similar restaurants, and parking is ample.
It was a very nice first experience. Thank you so much.

Went for the burger fest. Burger was small and very dry.
Had to ask our waiter for drink refills, food was not good. And had to request standard condiments 5 minutes after receiving our order! Only went here because The Works wasn't open. Very disappointed.
Terrible manager! She doesn t want to solve anything just she and her staff want to yell at people for no reason and no resolution at all!!! Don t go to this unprofessional restaurant. They have no idea how to deal with customer s and couriers problem with their uneducated waitresses. They need serious customer service skills and professionalism. Shame on the restaurant owner how did they hire all these unprofessional people all together

I had a very poor experience at this location recently. The food took quite some time to come out when it wasn t overly busy, when my good did come out I discovered it was cold. I asked the waitress if she could just heat it up in the microwave, she brought the plate away. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for the food that just needed to be microwaved. Clearly forgotten, the saving grace and the reason why did not give them a single star was they apologized and the meal was on the house. Would have preferred timely and hot food, but the thought certainly counts.
