We ordered take out and it was terrible. Starting with the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, cold and mostly just bits the size of m&m's. The wings were the smallest we had ever seen. They charge by the wing not the pound, which makes it a total rip off. Fries were cool and soggy. The Salt and Vinegar fish was actually good, not too heavy and at least warm. During covid we have done take out a lot, from even farther away and have never had cold food, or skimpy portions. I feel like if we had dined inside, during the good old days, (which we have) they would've never served this mess. Shame, we will never return, total waste of money.

I had my reservation at 8 pm today, we arrived at the restaurant 8:02 pm and waited to be seated. A hostess came and said wait 5 to 10 minutes. Why ? We had a pre set reservation!!! After 15 more minutes of waiting she came back again telling us to wait another 5-10 minutes. She was completely rude because we said we had reservation and do you know what a reservation is !!! She had her voice so loud in front of other guests. When I asked to lower her voice she just moved away and being completely unprofessional and un polite and she knows nothing about guest service or attitude.
I did ask her to talk with her manager she replied back with a high tone am the manager

I won t recommend this location for a visit if this lady remains working over there.

Great food great staff and surprisingly great Guinness

Amazing service provided by David! He was excellent and the experience was awesome.

Stopped by the other day and had an awesome bbq chicken club sandwich with a sleeman railside beer which went great with it. Hats off to the change in management making a difference noticeably as well. Stop by if you havent been in a while decor bar and atmosphere are cool!!

The new owner did a fanatic job to improve the quality of food and services... I highly recommend this location.

I was surprised how poor the food quality was, I won't be returning primarily for this reason. Moreover, we had a large party of 29 people and only one waiter. It's not like the restaurant was busy. As a result, our service was frustrating.

if you love to wait this is the place, 20 minutes to sit down, 15 to take your order and 30 more to tell you the kitchen is full and there will be 30 minutes extra delay. Great no?

Have been a few times for food and drinks with a friend we were served by Marissa each of those times, always super friendly, and attentive. She's the best!

Two dishes came out wrong. Nothing was done to the bill. Waitress was not attentive. Food was mediocore.

I visited this location for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago and the service, food and overall location was fantastic. We ordered the wings, spinach dip/bread, butter chicken, lemon pepper salmon and the ultimate bacon and cheese burger and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic!
I would highly recommend this Kelseys!

Today I arrived at this location for a quick lunch and received mediocre service and incredibly weak tasting food. I would not recommend this establishment to any fellow.

The atmosphere was rewarding on arrival but after ordering we waited over 40 minutes for natchos we had ordered as an appetizer and then our full meals came out immediately on top of the natchos. I sent the meals back to the kitchen. I asked to speak to the manager who I explained the unacceptable service/food delivery. She looked at me blankly repeatedly saying yes, I see, yes. I pointed out that her response to my concern was not satisfactory. She then stumbled a response to say she'd look into it. We finished our natchos and still the manager did not come back. I asked again to see the manager and a different person arrived at our table saying he was the 'house' manager. He apologized and offered to take the natchos off the bill and said he'd have twinkies delivered to our table. I explained I did not want twinkies nor any other dessert. Based on the very poor service decided to leave without having our meal and they presented us with the bill for the drinks AND the natchos that he had said he'd take care of. I guess compensation for poor service and inadequate managers wasn't part of the deal if we didn't stay for our dinner. By others reviews unfortunately this experience is not uncommon. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it.

We had a few not so great experiences always waiting for ever. But this time took the cake...
Was not that busy there so we thought should be okay. We were seated and waited for service. After 15min waiter still did not come to take even drink orders. We waved one of the waiters over and thought they just missed us... Nothing... another 10 min and nobody to come by for anything. We did see waiters come around to check some chairs and clean a table. So after 25 min we left with 0 service, no water, drinks or even an acknowledgement.

Shelby served my family today at lunch (table of 11 with energetic kids) on the patio and was FANTASTIC!! She was attentive, always bringing refills, clearing dirty plates and made the payment process easy (she was organized). The kitchen was attentive to my sons Nut allergy and everything came out perfectly! This Kelseys has come a long way!

Came in for a late dinner and Lucia provided amazing service. She really got along with our family and made us laugh, the food was also delicious! would recommend!

The waitress was preoccupied with everything but us, my steak was to be medium rare and came blue, the shrimp was cold and they did nothing to make my bill any better and did not apologize. I suggest finding a different location because the one at Appleby and Dundas is not worth it. Not to mention it smelled like wet mop and the front door handle was held together by duct tape.

This should be a no star review but in order to post I had to give this place one star. Horrible food and terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for a take out order including the Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich that was supposed to have 4 different cheeses and smoky bacon, instead it had a sprinkle of cheese and no bacon. Ceasar salad was a little lettuce in a plastic container, didn't even fill half of the container. Total ripoff.

Great place for dining. Great food and service. I was there with my guests from overseas and they were so happy with quality of food.

I love this Kelsey's location! It is by far my favourite! The staff is always very nice and pleasant, and the food always comes out fast and tastes great!!! I can't wait for them to open the patio so I can sit out there in the summer! Over all the place is a 5 out of 5!!!!

Most of this chain serves great food, a bit pricey but a good change from others like it.

Ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and Balsamic Chicken the veggies were perfect not over done but most of all we appreciate that you put both sauces in separate containers. I'm really happy that my Chicken Fried Chicken didn't get soggy - it's the little thoughtful things that matter the most. We will be ordering again!

Artemis was our server and she is outstanding! fast, friendly, attentive, gave great suggestions. Will be back, and we recommend this location!!!

Family oriented & good service from the staff & management.

I ate here yesterday with my daughter. The food was very good. I ordered the chicken nuggets and the chicken was extremely juicy and the service was very good. I will be back for some for of that juicy chicken maybe ill try that chicken burger that looked super good.

I'm currently at Kelseys as I'm giving this review, and I'd like to say how impressed I am with the customer service of this locatations team and management. I ordered a meal that wasn't exactly what I expected in terms of taste, but they immediately attempted to make my experience better. Thank you for professionalism and awesome personalities!

By far the best Kelsey s in the west end, hands down. Wings are top notch as always, drinks are well priced and generously mixed and service has improved dramatically. For sure there is new ownership here as the difference from a year ago is night and day. Go check them out!

a really poor place to go. probably not even a last resort at this rate. service was awful. seems to be a lot of new-ish faces and they have no idea what they are doing. nothing was up to any standard.

Went in for an early supper. We were one of two tables in the bar. No one checked on us, our drinks were empty and the food was sad could of made it better at home. We waited for at least 15 minutes with the plates stacked at the end of the table. Server needs a refresher in his steps of service.

Nice place. Steak was not ordered rare but was only warm in the middle.

We enjoyed our time here but I was disappointed about the shredded lettuce that came with the tacos. It was soggy & smelly. I did mention it to the waitress.

First time at this location, food was good, server/Bartender was fantastic, knowledgeable and very funny, her name was Marissa. I will definitely be back to sit in her section.

If i could rate this restaurant zero stars i would. Waited an hour and a half for my appetizer just to be told an hour later that they had run out of spinach dip. No one came over to discuss the wait times or that they were backed up in the kitchen and when i asked to speak to the manager the waitress laughed and said "first world problems". No one offered to refill our drinks as we had finished them in the hour we had waited for our food to come. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant ever and I will be spreading the word that this is the worst location in Burlington and to never visit this one.

We went back since it was renovated. The new decor looks great. It was a busy Friday evening so the service was a little slow. We had to ask for cutlery and ketchup and the chicken fingers were not good. I did enjoy my salad and the drink selection was pretty good. They do have a good selection of food variety on the menu.
