I usually go to the Burloak location, but came to dundas and appleby instead to change it up with my friends for 1/2 price wings. We sat at the bar and Artemis served us. She provided fantastic service. Wings were spot on!

This restaurant has really awesome comfort food. I came in last night to get some work done with a friend and Luchia was our waitress and took very good care of us. We sat in the bar which wasn t too loud and the ambiance was very relaxed and clean.
After eating healthy all week, we like to treat ourselves Friday evenings. Our go-to treat is usually burger and fries, so we were thrilled when we discovered Kelsey's burgers last year. We had eaten at Kelsey's hundreds of times in our lives, but had never tried the build-your-own-burgers until last year. We were really impressed. They are our favourite restaurant burgers next to Burger's Priest, which unfortunately is not very close by. The burgers at Kelsey's are expensive (in our opinion) once we get the toppings we want, so it would be awesome if the fries were worth the price of the burger and side. But we can't stand the fries (both regular and sweet potato). It's really a shame because back in the day Kelsey's had amazing fries! These ones are thick, starchy, dry, and not flavourful. The sweet potato ones taste frozen and are limp. Furthermore, we aren't thrilled with the staff and they have screwed up our orders on multiple occasions. Will we go back? Yes, simply based on the fact that the burgers are amazing. But if we find a restaurant with equal or better burgers that also has amazing fries, then we won't set foot in Kelsey's again. Side note - we really like the renovation and new design. Very welcoming.

Went to Kelseys tonight to watch the Thursday night football game.. nothing but disappointment- 1) asked to put the volume on either the football game or the baseball playoff game - was told that they only put the volume for Leafs and Raptors games .. funny the previous owners always put the sound up.. specially being a prime time football game and or baseball playoff game 2) asked if we can order the 2-1 app deal .. cannot order it if u order 1/2 price wings .. ordered my son chicken finger dinner (adult size) out came a kids meal .. orders another one .. so that s 2 kid meals .. 3) asked if we can apply a CAA discount to the 2 kid meals +!order of fries - u can t use as we also had 1/2 price wings - man now I know why the ownership is revolving door .. last time I ll be there !
We swore a year ago that we'd never come back to this Kelsey's location, but Turtle Jack's was full on father's day, do we decided to try it again. Slowest service we've ever had. And two of the four meals we ordered came wrong and one of those took until the end of dinner to get corrected. Do not come to this location!
Good service. Good food. Recently got the "road house" renovation.
Went for the half price wings special. They were delicious as were the angry fries. Our server, Noemi, was excellent. Our food came out as ordered in a timely fashion. She checked on us a couple of times after we received our meals.

We recently visited Kelsey s as a family of 4 including two children and were warmly greeted by our server, Marissa. Marissa was friendly, speaking directly to the children and confirming all details of our order. She was attentive and pleasant throughout our meal ensuring our needs were met. We enjoyed our food and were quite pleased with the service we received.
Just left this kelsey's location at dundas and Appleby. We were greeted well and had a nice server, however the overall experience very poor. Had the steak, it was not cooked as ordered and had to be returned to keep on the grill. The men's bathroom was very disappointing as my husband shared who brought our children under 5 to the washroom. He shared the washroom had fruit flies in areas such as sinks & stalls, floor very sticky and stained. The faucets, hand towel dispenser and soap dispenser were unbelievably dirty. Told the server who was attentive and did share the information with the manager and they apologized and would go take care of it. It was not busy at all for a friday night and our experience explains the attendance. The manager came over to apologize however that should not have occurred.
We will not be visiting this Kelsey location in the future.
This was the worst experience we have ever had. The Caesar salad had no dressing and the wings came with the wrong sauce and were cold. We sent it back and asked for our bill. The bar tender threw the bill at us and said nothing. I won t go back ever!!! It s too bad because they made it look so nice with the renovation.
There food is exceptionally good. They make good burgers and the best sweet potatoe fries and good chicken wings and strips
Decided to go to Kelsey's at Appleby and Dundas with my wife and kids because it was close to home The service tonight was not good. Our server never asked how our meal was after it was served, never asked if we wanted refills or anything else. It took our server a long time to check in on us after our meals were finished. Our section wasn't very busy either. I won' be back here for a while nor will I recommend.
Absolutely the worst customer service, takes 1hr to get food, then they tell you they don't have half the food you ordered. Kitchen staff, servers and managers don't seem like there on the same page. Second bad experience at same location.

It was pretty empty when we went on a Wednesday night, so we were well taken care of by Adam, the bartender. The patio was spacious and clean. The food was fast and so were the drinks! Friendly, fast service that I would recommend for this location. Too bad I live in Guelph or I'd come more often!
My kids love coming for 1/2 price wings on Thursdays! They were really excited about the new sink installed and wanted to wash their hands multiple times.. that was a bonus.. waitress was new so she was a little slower but the other waiter was great!
Slow service and food came out cold. Had to be remade then they took forever to bill us and they weren't busy at all. Been there 5 times and twice I had to send food back for being cold or undercooked. Very disappointing

This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had. Visited a few times prior to renovations and was interested to go back and check out the upgrades...not a warm environment as far as decor but not bad either. Service started okay but then the food arrived Caesar salad was but one flat layer of lettuce across the plate. It was old, limp and didn't get more than two bites down, I have never done this in my life but immediately returned it and asked it be removed from my bill. Wings were okay but better before change and there were about 15 fries in the looked like take out container. I wasn't asked if I wanted our bill but it came before we were even half done. My bill was 48.55 and their server punched 101.58 into the machine. When I looked at our bill it wasn't even ours! While waiting for her to return to advise error full servings of food were brought to our table and then to another table that had just sat down. I think they eventually found where it was to go....unfortunate to upgrade and lose customers.
Really enjoyed my time here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food was also excellent. I cannot recommend the fired pitas and cheese dip enough, it is defiantly an all time favorite. This place is in a word awesome.

Hadn't been to Kelseys for a long time but ended the drought today with a delicious 1/2 club (loved the sauce), roasted red pepper soup, and salad combo for lunch. Service was top notch and will be back again soon.

Terrible experience. Manager Ryan was rude and sassy. Not how you treat customers. The lady owner doesn't know how to talk to guests either, very rude as well. The food was skimpy and cold. Service was slow and not friendly. Don't waste your time here, go to another location!!!!

Been there on Tuesday night. Staff was awesome. However, there was a bug in my wife's salad, not the end of the world but kind of disgusting. The ribs were great but could be prepared with gluten free BBQ sauce to make them celiac friendly.
I recently went there with my family. Wow was it a great experience!!! Kid friendly and also good for the adults-drinks, atmosphere and food! Not to mention the service, our server was not only fast but super friendly! I definitely recommend this place!
The most horrible experience with the waitress and how to handle reservations, she was yelling on my husband because he asked that we have been waiting for almost 20 minutes and we had a confirmed reservation. Very in polite and un professional. Never this place again

During a pandemic if you risk going out to eat you must visit this location and have David service you and your guests. I was so pleased with the all around experience.. Another Cara foods nightmare. Even tried to eat here again after the re-branding but it was a failure. The food sucked even the new menu and the restaurant was filled with flies .... It was winter.

Been there a few times in the last month and a half, both during the week and on the weekend, and loved it!! Great vibe to the place and the food was excellent (from the appetizers we ordered right through the entrees and on to the yummy cheesecake dessert). Would highly recommend Kelsey s north Burlington! As it happens, we ve had the same server, Shelby, on all occasions and she has been outstanding so friendly and so attentive didn t ever feel rushed and never felt we had fallen off her radar! Will definitely be back again. Bravo to the entire team there!

By far the best service I've had from any restaurant. My server Shelby was absolutely amazing with great costumer service, clearing un wanted plates from the table, always asked if we needed another drink when she saw our glasses were empty, and brought the food to the table exactly as we told her. Overall just a really great experience, great food, and I will defiantly be back soon. I would defiantly recommend asking for Shelby if you're going to Kelseys on Dundas Street, Burlington.
Amazing food and service!! The new owner has done a fantastic job of revamping the place. We were a large group and the staff worked together and were super friendly and responsive. And the food was high quality.

Always good food, even though one of our meals was not what was ordered. Second time it came back, it was still not correct. Not bothering to send it back a third time, and mentioning to our cheerful server before our bill came, one would think that we would have gotten even a small discount considering restaurants are itching to have more patrons as this global pandemic has doomed so many businesses. We will go back, as mistakes happens, we're all human, and all their dishes are very tasty

Nothing really memorable here, just an ordinary chain restaurant. The AC is atop strong in some of the booths. Really no need to waste all that energy. Let s think about the earth a little. I am impressed by the paper straws.
Came Thursday night for the raptors game! My waitress Shelby was a busy gal - but never let her service waiver. She let us know about all the specials on the menu - my two handed sangria was amazing by the way, and gave us all the time we needed to decide. The wings came out so fast and were not overly saucy, as I asked. Major improvements!

I have dined at numerous Kelsey s locations in Ontario over the years, including this one. I have high expectations as it is usually really good. Had dinner at this location last night. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given a nice comfy booth. The place is very cosy and comfortable. Our server was cheerful, friendly and efficient. Excellent service. However, the meal and drink was a bit of a disappointment. And I can now understand why the reviews are so low. I ordered a Mojito, as it their special on Monday. I have had them in the past at other restaurants and they are usually amazing. This is the worst I have ever had and one of the worst mixed cocktails I have ever been served. It was full of mint leaves and I only managed to drink about a third of it. Their bartender needs to learn how to make proper mixed drinks. My meal was the buffalo chicken sandwich with a side Caesar salad. The sandwich was very good. A large and juicy piece of chicken in a spicy medium wing sauce on a fresh bun. The salad however was tasteless. There was dressing on it but it had no flavour whatsoever. So overall a very mixed experience. I will probably not return to this location, with so many other dining options in the area. Also, this location no longer offers free kids meals on Mondays as they had in the past.
If I could put zero stars I would. Showed up hungry. Waited for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant that had half a dozen dirty tables. Then left after not even being acknowledged.
One Star is too high. My worst restaurant experience ever. Waitress/bartender should never be in customer service. I appreciated being able to get a restaurant item on a menu that expires tomorrow - even if it is far too salty to eat.(I finished because i was hungry and didn't know if anyone was coming back - I taste the salt now... )
I don't appreciate having someone else's dirty dishes dumped on the bar beside me. I don't appreciate being served an obviously under poured beer. I don't appreciate never having my empty glass cleared. I don't appreciate being second to the delivery companies. I don't appreciate hearing people complaining about the beer and made to feel like it is their fault. I don't appreciate someone from another table having to wait with cold food and a manager not showing. I don't appreciate being rudely snapped at when all I asked for was the bill so that I could get out. I don't appreciate when someone was complaining about the service, the answer was another drink...

Superior service and amazing food! Wait times were reasonable for a Saturday night rush, and , our server shelby kept our drinks filled and made sure our appetizer came out nice and quick!
Let me just start by saying, I have never left $0 tip while dining at a restaurant - this time was the exception. HORRIBLE service. My sister and I were seated in the bar area this past Saturday night and there was an older blonde woman behind the bar "serving" the area. We had to ask for cutlery and side plates for our appetizers. She brought us dirty plates, and then seemed annoyed and unapologetic when I asked for CLEAN plates. When the food came out, we were never asked how everything was tasting or if we needed anything else, and my sister ran out of fountain pop which was never re-filled. The server didn't even notice our glasses were empty and didn't offer a re-fill. There was a male patron sitting at the bar by himself and this server spent the whole time standing with him and flirting with him as if she wanted to go home with him and get her clit wet. She was more interested in him than anyone else in the bar. That being said, she neglected to check in on us, failed to notice us trying to get her attention multiple times and failed to provide us with BASIC customer service. She took away our plates in a huff and puff (after I complained we ran out of drinks 20 minutes ago, which she did not apologize for) while there was still food on them and handed us the bill without me even asking for it. Had we wanted a coffee or dessert? She didn't give us a chance. Some people just don't belong in the service industry, and why she is there is beyond me.
