First time service since i purchased my used Rogue.. called spoke to Kaitlin, set up for Thursday to drop my car off for road trip check and oil change. drop off was so easy.. my daughter picked me up and we went shopping and to the nail salon and lunch. i got a text with a suggestion for a transmission service that i check no and sent back.. i got a text when it was ready to get picked up. the pickup was very easy, cashier was super friendly and price was as quoted!!

I just recently leased a Rogue Sport. I came back to Kelly because the service department has always been excellent in taking care of my car. I took the recommendation to call Eric Sparrow to help me either buy or lease another vehicle. Eric was very pleasant and was not pushy and answered my questions. The process was very easy.

Recently traded my lease in for a new one . I was given a chance to do an early termination with no penalties and enter a new one. I had a Rogue Sport and got another one . I am extremely happy with this model on performance and handling. Eric was very thorough on working out different payment schedules . Erica and the staff are always helpful and please .Another reason for staying at Kelly is the service department.I have a tire with a nail in it and they waited till I could get there before the service department closed.

This week I came in with an issue with my car phone and Larry and the service department worked to fix the problem. I had stopped in and Matt tried to help me but was unable and recommended I make a service call.
Everyone goes out of their way to help and make the car buying or car servicing easy and not stressful. Have recommended the dealership and will continue to do so. I appreciate you all!!

Was extremely happy with the dealership purchasing the car, trade in process, and the first year of service. After that, they have misquoted repairs, tried to tell us that a 1 year old car and a 3 year old car (15,XXX miles) both need things replaced (confirmed elsewhere that they were fine), and an unfriendly attitude from their service department desk. Submitted feedback directly to the manager addressing our concerns, honestly just hoping for some explanation and ownership of the issues and it seems to have just been swept under the rug (no response after a week). It may just be a fluke that it happened to us because there are a lot of good reviews out there for the dealer, however we have not had the same experiences. I did provide them 2 stars just because of how good the process of purchasing the car was, but our saleswoman is no longer with the company. Just sharing my honest experience in case someone else feels they had a poor experience also.

I had a wonderful experience and ended up buying a 2017 Nissan Rogue in excellent condition. It was my first time making a serious car purchase and I was very nervous, but Scott never rushed me to make a decision and made sure to answer every question that I had. He was personable and friendly, and made the process feel so smooth. Michael and Evan were also wonderful to work with and made sure that I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend buying a car from Kelly Nissan and look forward to utilizing their services moving forward.

I purchased a really clean used car through Rick. He was really helpful showing me the car and letting me test drive it. I loved the car and got it at a really great price. I needed some help to mentally make the leap into making car payments again and getting rid of my 11-year old car.
The financial team really made it possible and comfortable to drive away with a practically new car for which I could afford the payments. I even went back for some instructions on how to use the cruise control and other features. Kelly Nissan really is a friendly company and they go out of their way to provide service. I am glad they are close to where I live so regular maintenance will be very easy.

We purchased a certified used car 2012 nissan rogue in June of 2019 from Kelly Nissan. In October 2019 after driving less than 1,000 miles we had to replace the entire transmission which cost almost half of what we paid for the car. Kelly Nissan did give us $1,000 toward the cost but we were still out of pocket another $3000 on a car we had 4 months with less than 1000 miles. They told us we should have bought the extended warranty. This would be more understandable if we had the car for at least a year or drove it a lot but neither was the case.

Met my expectations and worked with me on pricing! Excited for my first lease with Nissan.

I had asked my son to find me a good deal, and he had called early on Monday, January 25, to say what I was looking for, and they had it. Since, we were at a distance, when we arrived they had the car ready, and all I had to do was fill in the paper work. Within two hours upon arrival, I was ready to take my new 2021 blue versa with me. The sales manager and assistant were wonderful, and I would recommend anyone looking for a NIssan to get in touch with them. Happy car owner, Annette Ziegler.

We were searching for a used low miles and low price Ram truck in black. We almost gave up for awhile after a horrible experience at another dealer, but then i saw Kelly Nissan advertising several nice used Rams at various prices. I chatted with Rita and she assured me that they help people regardless of thier credit situation. She and the other wonderful people there got us into the Ram we wanted. They are wonderful there. When we went in to do the paperwork we were greeted at the door by a salesman who knew our name and why we were there. Everyone is super nice and both the new and used buildings. Rita couldn't be there to give us the paperwork but she called us before to tell us that she had a emergency to take care of but her associate would help us. Rita also texted us in the process to check how things were and called after to check that we were satisfied! We will go back there again when we need another vehicle! Highly recommend them.

They really made it easy. Im glad we went through Kay, and Kelly nissan. She was fast,thorough, and had great customer service. She made the experience alot less of what I hate about going to dealerships. The whole process was much more simple, and fluid than I expected it to be, I didn't feel like I was being convinced or sold to. Worth the ride from anywhere.

My salesperson, Matt, was very patient and provided answers to all of the questions I had. Inasmuch as Nissan no longer sells new Jukes in the US, I was forced to look for another vehicle type. I absolutely loved my little white Juke with its cute red interior.... I made several visits to car dealerships and did car comparison shopping. I narrowed down my choice to the Nissan Sport Rogue and the Buick Encore. Frankly I liked them both. Matt was thorough in assisting me in my line by line comparison of the cars. My final decision was to stay with Kelly Nissan as Matt was able to meet my needs and I have had a good experience with the site ever since I purchased my Juke in 2012. And so, I wish a fond farewell to my wonderful 2012 little white Juke, and a warm hello to my new 2018 gun metal grey Sport Rogue.

This is the 1st time I had any major work done. I hit a log in the rode & messed up my tires, rims & needed a wheel alignment. I have been a Nissan buyer for 16 years now & keep my vehicles updated. I can not believe how over priced EVERYTHING is. I don't feel it is fair for loyal customers who buy Nissan pay such an unbelievable mark up at an already hard time to up keep & maintain a product that is their name brand. The gentleman Rich was a blessing. He was able to get me discounts that helped with the outrageously high original estimate. I will no long service my vehicles at Nissan nor EVER consider taking it there for anything major. Extremely disappointed.

The sales process allowed me to get a car with bad credit and little down. However the amount of phone calls they perform after the fact is crazy. Even after asking them to remove my number from their sales list I still get insane amounts of sales calls from them. Also my 2017 Sentra is not a quality car at all.

It was great experience. The people who work there were transparent and nice. The place earned the 5 stars. Marissa was great. she helped me a lot she was professional and informative. I recommend her for the ones who need help to get a car. If I have more stars to give her I ll give her more than 5.

Good for the most part, very good personal accountability from Michele. However, paperwork was incorrect causing us a lot of worry when we got home and read it. And had to take it back down again the next morning for a Rubbing or Scrapping noise. ( 45min drive one way)

DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a terrible car that broke within 5 months. After about 2-3 weeks of getting this $14,000 car, the battery died. Now mind you, I had a 90 day warranty but when I called they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it was used....BUT I HAD A 90 DAY WARRANTY. then my engine broke due to lack of oil, now I know you're supposed to change the oil every 5,000 miles. But I doubt that I drove that much in that amount of time and even if I did....NO LIGHT CAME ON!!!! and when I called AGAIN they said and I quote "What do you want us to do about it?" LIKE FIX MY CAR THAT I BAUGHT FROM YOU 5 MONTHS AGO! And no one ever called me back. Now I have to put in another $5400 to get the engine fixed.I REPEAT! DO NOT GO HERE! They just want their commission, they will tell you anything and then when your car breaks they dont do anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE! fast forward a few weeks and they told me to come in to see what all they could do. $3,000 was all they were willing to do for a trade in. FOR A 14,000 CAR! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE CALLING A LAWYER! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!

Eric was amazing. He did something that no one else could and get me my dream car!! I filled out the app in the morning he worked on it all day while I was at work. Called me on my way home to tell me it was approved!! 2017 Nissan Maxima fully loaded!!! Couldn t be happier. Would recommend them to everyone!! Thanks

Kelly Nissan made worthwhile the 3-1/2 hour drive to see, test drive, and buy the gently used car I found online, fairly priced. The sales associate called me promptly, had the car pulled aside while we traveled up to Easton, and ensured that everything was clean and wiped down due to COVID-19. Communication by phone, text, and in-person was seamless and clear. Kelly Nissan received the car as a trade-in. During its inspection of the vehicle, it replaced a coil, and disclosed that immediately along with the full CarFax report. The car then had to be driven another 150 miles to pass PA inspection, so once that was done, Kelly Nissan had a driver bring the car down to us in the D.C. area, and then went back in the loaner we were offered. Every interaction with Kelly Nissan was professional and courteous. Its staff includes more women and people of color than I've seen in my local dealership. I wish every business -- much less car dealerships -- lived up to the standards of Kelly Nissan.

My wife and I had a great experience upgrading from a 2008 Versa (which was a great car and I had serviced at Kelly Nissan for 12 years) to a 2020 Rogue Sport. We were planning on buying a used model, but Mike Neely managed to get us a great deal on a new 2020 Rogue Sport. After taking a test drive, Mike went into great detail explaining the various trim packages available in the Rogue Sport.
In addition, my documents were not all in order including my driver's license address, car insurance, etc. Mike was patient and helped us update all of the necessary information. I definitely recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car, and ask for Mike Neely in the sales department!

This is my first time visiting the service area at Kelly Nissan. I loved everything about the process, first it was super easy to book my appointment online, create a service profile that will help me keep up with my car maintenance. When I arrived, I was taken care of immediately. Mike Royer was the person taking care of my service and he was really nice, attentive and explained everything to me. The waiting area is confortable, you can have something to drink or eat and watch TV while you wait. You can also can see the work done to your car. Overall, it was a great experience. I had an awesome experience here with the staff at Kelly Nissan! I was browsing online and saw a couple cars I was interested in off True Car website and entered my email to see the price. From there Kelly Nissan staff reached out to set up an appointment and once I was at the dealership Rich met me at the door for my appointment and answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and I felt no pressure at all. I was pleased that the service department did not schedule a lot of appointments for when I was there. It was easy to social distance while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was able to wipe down the table and my chair and feel comfortable in the area.

As usual the service department made recommendations. They weren't pushy as I had an appointment and did not have time for the additional services that day. I will schedule them for my next visit.

I have fairly poor credit and it s a challenge to find a vehicle that meets your wants and needs rather than having to compromise ,

I meet Kay Manning while helping at a stranded motorist that Kay had sold the vehicle too. She has worked with me for over a year to find the perfect vehicle , after about 5 almost sold she found the perfect vehicle for me a 2017 Buick Encore with so many extras it s going to take months to learn all the amenities, Kay worked hard with her sales manager and me to get everything that made the deal work !

I have been coming here for years for service to my past & current car. I would not even consider any other place to go. Everyone is very nice and courteous. You are updated on any recommendations that are needed so you are not caught with any unexpected expenses. They schedule you up as soon as possible as it fits your schedule. I called Monday afternoon and had an appointment early Wednesday morning. I enjoy watching the big screen TV and having some popcorn and coffee while my car is being serviced. Could not ask for a nicer place to have my car serviced and the group of people to be around.
