I sold my 2010 Nissan Cube to them on March 16. They said it would take a few days to prepare the check but assured me they would mail it. No problem. Well.... it s been over a month and still no check. I understand that we re going through a unique time with COVID but the mail service is still operating. Please send my check to me ASAP. You have my car and I would like my money.

I recently received a call from Kay on a car I ve had her keep her eyes out for me on. As soon as this type of car came up she called me right away and asked me if I d like to come take a look! I was extremely excited to come down. Even with a pandemic going on she got me a test drive as soon as I came in. Unfortunately, it wasn t exactly what I wanted. I then asked her could is she could show me a couple different cars, and she took me around the lot showed me an even nicer car that was still in my price range. I can t say enough about Kelly Nissan on Route 33! From sales to service! Service Advisor Larry Hughes is an incredible asset to this dealership. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in the maintenance/repairs my car needs. It is a wonderful feeling to not only trust a service department but to have knowledgeable technicians doing the work! And please don t think car dealerships charge so much more than other garages for repairs. That may have been in the past but is no longer true. The entire staff is very friendly and you always feel welcome when you walk in.

Always a great experience at Kelly Nissan especially in the service department. Not only do they take care my car and treat me very good but this last time the service writer offered to help me with my kids unloading and loading them in car. This is the best dealership hands down.

After a long history of bad experiences with dealerships, I am ecstatic to have found one that I can truly trust. When it looked as though I would not get the car, my salesperson Zack placed his desire to help me over his own commission, and sales manager Carl went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my financial picture, and to arrive at a truly fair and realistic price range for me with the car I was interested in.
If this sounds too good to be true, I can assure you that I am not exaggerating. I was frankly blown away by the honest discussions I held during the sale, and the great treatment I received all over a used car and a very low price bracket (very little commission involved at the starting price, not to mention the price we agreed on). Even though I know quite a bit about vehicles as a former mechanic, the service staff made a list of potential problems for the car's next inspection, and genuinely found more than the few issues I had seen after checking it out pretty thoroughly without the aid of a lift and equipment. I would trust sending my young nieces and nephews to these guys and to buy a car at Kelly's for sure.
I am definitely looking forward to dealing with Zack and Carl in the future. People and dealerships that place you first just do not happen, and now that I've found Kelly's, I'll be back.

Rick and Kay were very helpful with my truck purchase. I had been searching for a good used truck for about two months. I purchased a 6 yr old truck from Kelly and have received nothing but compliments about the appearance. Price was fair and had low mileage. I wish I would have gone there sooner, spent two months looking at junk at smaller dealers.

I was in on 03/07/2020. I had my z in for it's annual service. I had originally bought the car from Kelly. I couldn't see taking the car anywhere else to have the work done. The shop is well equipped. The team is 0 pressure to deal with. Great waiting area. In a time where a lot of companies and services are beginning to severely lack on customer service Kelly really steps up and knocks that status quo down to what it should be. Amazing pricing options went to 3 dealerships before Kelly and was very disappointed in all dealerships. For me, the MOST important thing in a dealership or service is HONESTY. I have left another Nissan Dealership when they were caught in several lies, about the value of my trade in vehicle (after they offered me nothing and later came up to the actual value of $4,000, I walked out and refused to purchase from them and called you) and also, another time, they lied about what was wrong with my vehicle. Suddenly a exhaust system repair went from around $300 to $1,200. I went to my mechanic and he did the exhaust system for the $300. The "broken engine mount" that Abeloff told me about was not broken, at all. So, the most important thing to me about your dealership would be HONESTY in all regards. So far, I have found that to be the case and until I see differently, I will continue to come to you to purchase vehicles and also to get service. Thank you for continuing to stress HONESTY to your employees. You keep customers that way.

I made the trek from NJ to PA because they had the exact car I wanted and made it clear they were not playing games. I purchased my Nissan at an independent used car dealer. I brought my car to Kelly Nissan to be repaired as the was a mystery noise that befuddled others. Upon entering, the entire procedure and welcoming was pure gracious. I cannot compliment Heather and the service department and older woman at the cashier desk enough. Lovely people who know their job completely. Terrific experience. I am so happy with my choice to go to Kelly Nissan. I will recommend to anyone I know Kelly Nissan and their services.
I have been having ongoing issues with my Nissan Sentra and took it to Kelly Nissan for service 2 times within the last year. Both times they have charged me an arm and a leg for service and bogus parts, and basically told me the "diagnostic codes" all come back fine and no one can replicate the issues even though I experience these issues every time I drive the vehicle. Needless to say even though charging me they have not fixed the issues, and then proceed to try to upsell me with other issues they magically did happen to find though. Their service techs are incapable and their manager is rude and unsympathetic. He'll sell you a faulty battery and then tell you there's nothing he can do about it unless you want to come in and spend more money to have it looked at again. Not falling for that again. They run a shady business there at Kelly Nissan. I will not be taking my car there again.
Appointment was on time, waited for vehicle to be serviced in the appointed time frame. Service reps were very helpful and informative. Feel that we are well prepared for our upcoming road trip.
I had made an appointment to check why water was leaking onto my passenger floor. Was not told there would be a diagnostic fee when I made the appointment. Got there and was told it would be a $220 fee just to check. What?? Advisor unprofessional and rude. Ended up taking my car to a repair shop near my home. They fixed it within 30 min. Simple fix and didn t even charge me.

They are very knowledgeable about their cars which are highly rated in all categories. I bought a Nissan Rogue Platinum a few days ago and love it. It drives well, easy to handle and has plenty of cargo room for my horse supplies and for my trips to the park with my three large dogs.
