Kelly Nissan made worthwhile the 3-1/2 hour drive to see, test drive, and buy the gently used car I found online, fairly priced. The sales associate called me promptly, had the car pulled aside while we traveled up to Easton, and ensured that everything was clean and wiped down due to COVID-19. Communication by phone, text, and in-person was seamless and clear. Kelly Nissan received the car as a trade-in. During its inspection of the vehicle, it replaced a coil, and disclosed that immediately along with the full CarFax report. The car then had to be driven another 150 miles to pass PA inspection, so once that was done, Kelly Nissan had a driver bring the car down to us in the D.C. area, and then went back in the loaner we were offered. Every interaction with Kelly Nissan was professional and courteous. Its staff includes more women and people of color than I've seen in my local dealership. I wish every business -- much less car dealerships -- lived up to the standards of Kelly Nissan.
