Was extremely happy with the dealership purchasing the car, trade in process, and the first year of service. After that, they have misquoted repairs, tried to tell us that a 1 year old car and a 3 year old car (15,XXX miles) both need things replaced (confirmed elsewhere that they were fine), and an unfriendly attitude from their service department desk. Submitted feedback directly to the manager addressing our concerns, honestly just hoping for some explanation and ownership of the issues and it seems to have just been swept under the rug (no response after a week). It may just be a fluke that it happened to us because there are a lot of good reviews out there for the dealer, however we have not had the same experiences. I did provide them 2 stars just because of how good the process of purchasing the car was, but our saleswoman is no longer with the company. Just sharing my honest experience in case someone else feels they had a poor experience also.
