Feel like being scammed. Engineer came out to inst...

Feel like being scammed. Engineer came out to install and connect line as we signed up with TalkTalk in a van Kelly communication. Name of the engineer was different than in a message from TalkTalk and phone number that they provided in a message was not responding, but nevertheless this guy came and started doing the job. There was an issue with the wires and line itself. He told us that all will be connected, but then decided to not bother , perhaps was too much work for him. We didn t realise what happened until like a day later. Purely because he said someone else will come and finish the job in a 48 hours???? Turned out the guy called Waylesh didn t pass any information about our appointment , as if it never happened. Just ran away, as he could not be bothered to finish!!!! no one came , no one called. We waited and waited and then started to call to find out what is happening. TalkTalk kept blaming Openreach as they didn t have information, and sent the email that appointment was missed and Openreach (as you can t contact them ) told us in online chat to contact TalkTalk as provider. Felt like being in a circle and getting nowhere. Only after two days we realised that the internet line we were long waiting for, hasn t happened, the person came out as you would think is a professional, was far away from having any professionalism. Shame !!!! As this is not a customers choice, they are sent to people s home thinking they are from TalkTalk or other big company that used to be good. Very misleading!!!!! And upsetting!!!! To say would not recommend this company, would not make any difference, as they don t seem to care, looking at all reviews they received and not being bothered. This was not even our choice, we had to accept their service. Very disappointing and disheartening dealing with people like this not even by choice.

Absolutely terrible company to work for I did two weeks of training they make out it all good until you finish they don't pay you for driving around the UK you don't know if your going to get paid at all I'm hear at the end of the month and got nothing from them they don't have any dedicated training engineers also when you are sent to a job with an engineer don't have time to train you and explain certain things to you as they are paid by the job and they want to get the job done quickly as possible so they can make more money if you ask me this company does not know how to make a piss up in a Brewery this should be a salary paid job as you are all around the UK there's no communication between you and managers and the other engineers if you do join this company I'll tell you what I give you all the luck in the world because it's some stressful time as soon you finished training they give you a van and tools but you can't really do much with them and you're sitting at home most of the time wondering what the hell's going on and when you ask the manager he has no idea really and then he has a go at you and tells you that you need to do some work when that's all I've been waiting todo I really hope this company can get there act together I am surprised that BT haven't taking the contract away from them as they don't deserve it and I will be contacting BT myself and putting the formal complaint to the head office.

I've had a few dealings with this company, they subcontract through Open Reach.

They seem to take anyone one with no training, I had a lad at the office today and he completely shut our office down single handed.

He didn't even know what equipment to use!

Steer clear !!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AS AN ENGINEER, YOU COULD WORK A WHOLE DAY AND NOT GET PAID FOR IT.

Disgusting company that make money off of vulnerable unemployed people with the promise of a job. They abuse the gig economy. BT dont care because they are a hateful uncaring shareholder-centric Company also that do not have the public interests anywhere near their heart. If you decide to get a job with these people please wait until they get you your van (dont drive it, it will be dangerous, my close friend's van left him stranded outside in the height of winter and I had to drive to get him some food as the AA took four hours to get to him, it was -1C outside). Managers are abusive. Tools and other equipment is either damaged or faulty. Colleagues take anything new you have behind your back because of the poor quality of equipment supplied by Kelly's.

AVOID, AVOID, WORST COMPANY IN WESTERN EUROPE. Had these guys visit twice for 2 different jobs. The First guy broke my new uhdtv Samsung by yanking the aerial lead out of the tv with the insides of the tv still connected to the lead and cracked the tv shell. His boss visited and agreed the engineer will pay for a new TV because he was not a proper employee of Kelly comm ( they don't appear to be insured for any accidents ). 5 weeks later they are avoiding my emails and calls..obviously I'm having to take this further and now dealing with Bt and Vodafone who hire them.
The second engineer that attended to get my internet up and running came with no tools and asked to use mine lol. He later said he can't do the job and BT will visit within 1 week to do the job.
JOKERS they are and appear to be undertrained young lads working as engineers .Don't appear to be insured either if they break anything in your home.

Do not try to work for this company.Long hours, poor wages, managers are in charge to threating you 24/7.You'll drive 1 hour and a half to get to your first job and another 1 hour and a half to get back home. The training is a big joke, because you'll start to learn something when you'll be out in the field with your buddy. All the managers are there to tell you how to do your job,not to help you.If you'll have any issue with payment or anything else, they can not answer the phone or they are in a meeting.I ahd to pay for my last night in the hotel during my training time, even if they said the acomodation is paid by the company.I was not able to recover that amount not even today, despite having a chat with one of the managers who told me in December 2018 I"ll have my money back.In May 2019 still not payed back. For the ones who lives in South-East England try to avoid the South-East England manager.I amnot telling you why,but avoid him with any cost. And avoid this cowboys company at all costs.

I wish I could rate zero stars but I can't, Worst company in the UK, They installed my Fiber optic/copper phone line cable in for Virgin Media, they didn't bury the cable properly resulting in the cable being cut during garden work, didn't repair the pathway they destroyed to get the cable to house after saying that they would be back the next day to fix it. This was extremely dangerous as both my mother and my next door neighbour were disabled and created a severe trip hazard.

Horrendous individuals. Having cabling installed on road & putting residents in danger by not allowing emergency service vehicles space to pass & many severely disabled tenants. Block parking bays especially for disabled carers, start work outside council specified noise times, rude, obnoxious, condescending, aggressive. Stay away from them & Virgin media........

One of your representatives was so rude to us, he was installing something for our shop and we said hello to him, he responded with a dirty look and said "do I know you" and argued with us when we said we were just being polite. Hope this isn't the standard of all your representatives I'm amazed at how rude someone can be
