I m using Richard L anderson like Agent to find a 1BD rental unit around Quincy He is an amazing agent , very helpful and responsive to Any Question or Request any time :)

I am not impressed with the service at all. I have contacted Jonathan Ashbridge multiple times. His secretary is not patient at all and was quite rude on the phone when asked for Jonathans contact info. Jonathan was very short and unwilling to work with me. He stated he may not be interested in working with me at all. I toured a rental he had. I liked the place and provided references and credit history. We agreed this place would work for us and we submitted an application. He then increased the price of the rental without telling us and then rented it to someone else without even consulting me. All in all very poor service and very unfriendly staff. I would not recommend nor work with Keller Williams again.

Looked at house in Braintree on 18 Thayer pl they added bathrooms, decks and finish basement and they only permit pulled on record is the added room in attic and electrical service No other permits pulled and no disclosures of non permits
