I am an Electrician and recently installed one of your inline fans for a customer. A day later I receive a call saying it is not working. Upon returning it was realised that the fan itself was defective. Now normally the supplier should then compensate me for my time. (call out fee and an hours labour minimum charge) However after my second email to them they finally replied saying
"Please find attached our terms regarding labour charges (section 10)"
I just believe this is unethical and no-one else and go out of their way to be responsible and fix Fantech Trades error.

Very Dissatisfied with their services, Will not be using them again.
