Worked with Sue to move to the area. She was the second realtor we worked with in area. First was disaster. Sue knew the area, what was happening with the schools, key facts about neighborhoods. She quickly picked up on what was important to us and narrowed the search. She handled allot of small details for us since we were out of state. And the after-sale support was great.
Had a purchase agreement on a property not seen in person relying on Keller Williams agent to give me the facts, and that Was a big mistake. I flew in from California to find out property had serious problems with water. which were never disclosed by the seller or the agent. Closing canceled. Their agent did not disclose obvious facts about the property. Instead of working to resolve the issue they simply ignored me and refused to return calls. Wasted money on plane tickets , appraisal and and they are refusing to return my earnest money. Attorney is now involved. Worst ever experience ever
Ann is a class act ! She helped us in all phases buying a property and when we took possession found out the undermount sink was cracked. The selling party and their broker said to get it fixed and they would pay for it. After it was fixed the seller welched on their commitment but Ann made it right, doing so out of her own pocket. Worked very hard and extensively on helping us close on our home. We had problems with the buyer of our home and worked through and jumped many hoops to assure that we were able to purchase home from our seller. Made a difficult situation at the least tolerable. Much harder when moving from a distance. Able to get it done.
