We had the best house buying experience working with Beau Mentele and Bo Sadness at Keller Williams Realty!
They were very knowledgeable about the area and have both lived in Sioux Falls for many years. As first time home buyers we weren't familiar with the buying process and all that is required. It was so important to us that we work with an agent that we could trust.
From the start Beau and Bo were both patient and made sure to explain every step to us. Throughout the entire process they were very honest and transparent making us feel more confident as buyers and future home owners.
When we would go look at a house they would let us look around and they would listen instead of talk and try to sell us. We could tell they genuinely cared and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. They would even point out flaws with the house instead of trying to hide them. Never once did we feel pressured in the process to make a snap decision. These guys were always available to matter what time of day to answer questions. Even after we moved in they were following up daily and making sure everything was perfect for us. :)
With their help we had found a beautiful home and moved in within three months! They made the process so easy and smooth doing all the leg work and going above and beyond for us. They made it happen!!
