Had a purchase agreement on a property not seen in person relying on Keller Williams agent to give me the facts, and that Was a big mistake. I flew in from California to find out property had serious problems with water. which were never disclosed by the seller or the agent. Closing canceled. Their agent did not disclose obvious facts about the property. Instead of working to resolve the issue they simply ignored me and refused to return calls. Wasted money on plane tickets , appraisal and and they are refusing to return my earnest money. Attorney is now involved. Worst ever experience ever
