Our realtor, Venus Bertucci, was amazing and quickly helped us find our home. The closing process went smoothly and before we knew it we were moved in!

I reached out a few times over the past several days asking about pet policies since it stated it was negotiable. The response I got was to schedule a tour, tour was confirmed and everything seemed good. Today is the day of the tour, and 3.5 hours before the tour I get an email that two pets are not allowed. If pets are not negotiable then it needs to be listed as a rule and your agents need to be more responsive. Providing details that cause for it to have to be canceled just before the tour isn't professional and I'll never do any business with Keller Williams. Thanks for your help Terri Davis!

KW has two Marketing tools when listing. Pour more money to increase costs, and drop the price. a lose/lose proposition. In a Market which has been hot for over a year, their results are horrendous. Feedback on shows is not consistent. KW forgets who they are listing for. Use who you like, but KW is a losing proposition. There site says hardest working, what a joke!

This office is awesome. Really modern and they have a coffee bar and water available for guests.

I will never work with anyone from this agency again! I was tricked into buying a home for than asking price to only move in and spend over 6k in three months of being there as the agent Rollins and seller fail to advise me of the major issues with the home. Tried to talk with the agent and manager of the agency and got no where they pretty much said the seller knew of the issues but didn t want anyone in the home due to COVID which is bs to me because if your selling a home it should be required that you give people all of what s wrong with a home before you buy it or make sure you take care of the major issues. Although the inspection report provide some info the agent claimed I had nothing to worry about that the home was in good condition when the whole time he is working with the seller ( because his commission comes from the seller)and I felt it in my gut he was not right for me and should have listen to myself because I m out a lot of money and still fixing things in this home when I haven t even been her six months. Lesson learned but I advise anyone purchasing a home don t go with a man they only care about getting paid...Words really can t explain how upset I was and still am that I was sold a home under false pretenses

This was by far the best experience we've had, buying a home. We moved to KY a little over two years ago. Amanda Wilson contacted me about what my preferences were, after an online search. We were not ready to buy a home, at that time. However, she was so gracious, patient, and professional. She added me to an email list and kept in touch throughout that whole time. And when we were ready to purchase a home, the house of our dreams was on MLS for only a few hours. She got us an appointment and we knew it was the one. We gave an offer and they accepted. All parties were very patient, with the hiccups in finalizing the paperwork. Due to Amanda's experience, ethics, and excellence, we are in our new home, which we love! Thank you so much Amanda!

This transaction was full of lies and deception. My realtor kept telling me he asked questions to the buyers of my previous home and the sellers of my new home when confirmed with both parties no questions that I requested to be asked were, instead lies were told / made up stories. I asked for the receipts for the work orders that would cover my concerns on the addendum and was told it would be presented closing day, those receipts were not present so on my final walk through, how would I know what was done and what was just covered up ? Now my first night in my new home I have a leak from the same toilet I requested in my addendum to be fixed, the same toilet that caused a leak through my kitchen/dining room ceiling. The response to that leak was it was fixed along time of go there has been no issues, lies once again as I can see first hand on my first night. This is just my first few hours in this new house only the lord knows what else I'm going to discover was not fixed from my addendum. Don't use Keller Williams just a broker that tries to scare you with lawsuits when you tell them you don't want a house, they are just real estate agents that are not concerned with their clients, just concerned with how they can con you, the hard working everyday people out their hard work money.
