I reached out a few times over the past several days asking about pet policies since it stated it was negotiable. The response I got was to schedule a tour, tour was confirmed and everything seemed good. Today is the day of the tour, and 3.5 hours before the tour I get an email that two pets are not allowed. If pets are not negotiable then it needs to be listed as a rule and your agents need to be more responsive. Providing details that cause for it to have to be canceled just before the tour isn't professional and I'll never do any business with Keller Williams. Thanks for your help Terri Davis!
