They helped stay on top of the underwriters to process our papers for our loan. It was emotional when we signed. Sheri hugged us not a impersonal hand shake. Even after we had our keys they came by to say hi, to drop off gifts and they give us pies during the holidays from their home where you can stay and talk to them. They still do it.
