Hit or miss picking up here but at least the people checking you in treat you like a human. Was super good today, showed up 3 hours early, loaded in 1.5 hours.

Please please bring back the Carmel delight pudding /cheee cake factory absolutely the very best pudding I have ever had and it has been discontinued please bring it back please bring It back I am begging

Appointment is 1300 and it s now 0034 and still waiting on a door. The people are nice but the wait time is awful. At least I got a call from them and I was updated on their situation. That I can respect.

I'm lost for words on this place. How they can have 3 stars is a joke........ they tell you your product is picked after waiting for 12 hours lol and they still take hours to load a truck..... when the product is picked??

I will say the office staff are dealing with angry drivers all day, cut them slack it's the management who need to be addressed . 2 stars for the office staff.

Owner operators stay away...... not worth the time. Poor show.

Very bad place to unload. they don t appreciate the driver s time and make you wait. I am unloaded alone and the unloading time of your trailer is 3-4 hours. I do not recommend. stay away from this company

Great place, one of our owner ops delivers here every single week some times even twice. Always a good service!

I don't mind waiting but this place does take forever to load u up. Got here at 12pm and it's now 6:30pm. I'm in a door but they have not even started to load me up. The sad part is I've seen trucks come and load up before me when I was here first. Not cool...

A suggestion for the drivers who have a pickup from here..... make sure you have at least 3 meals a few movies and a girl friend or dog to kill time otherwise you will kill someone else......
as everyone is saying and i agree that the waiting time is ridiculously long 12-15 hours easy or more
